The Home Depot

Went to Home Depot this evening to get some tile for the pool. Had a good selection for the most part. I came across in my point of view some very Exquisite glass tile that look like the inside of a oyster shell. They had two different sizes I went for the bigger ones thought it would be a lot easier and a lot less grout work. Thought the price was Competitive with other stores. I paid $12.49 per square foot before taxes. Comment if you like. Let me know what you think about my Selection. I am going to be going with probably a gray or a silver grout. Hopefully I will be installing within the next couple weeks. Sorry I couldn’t take pictures of the finished product I have to find somebody to fix a crack in a fiberglass pool. On that note if anybody knows of anybody that does fiberglass pool crack repair, please let me know. Thanks and advance.

Period I didn't catch her name. But she had brown hair and glashe's. Her whole demeanor just made me feel welcome and that she cared. We talked briefly about my prosthetic and then she told me whe re e to find my objects. She is awesome and I hope she gets recognized for this

We love to come to this store with our grandson when we are in Wentzville. The employees are always helpful. We especially appreciate Zach. He always waves and honks for our grandson from his fork lift. Thank you, Zach!!

Employees were warm, welcoming, and helpful. Many plants to choose from for both indoor and outdoor. My dog loved meeting all the people and the other dogs LOL

This is one of the best stores to deal with great customer service!! So easy to return items as long as you have packing slip or receipt no questions asked, fast and easy. Love it

Found exactly what I needed Anna Lisa and Aden were a great help, none of the lumber guys were willing to help load my wood but these 2 kids came from other departments to help me as due to a recent car accident I cannot lift anything and they both deserve recognition! Shame on the grown men that actually work in the lumber department who refused to load my wood, but Annalisa and Aden, you two are great workers and deserve the pay if not more of the men that work in lumber department are making! Great job guys❤

I live in Columbia, MO and right in the middle of having a deck built. I changed my mind on the balusters that I wanted and the only place that had them was: HOME DEPOT in Wentzville. I talked to Tom in Customer Service near the front door and he went out of his way to make sure they had the quantity I needed. He went beyond what anyone else would have done. The square balusters look fantastic and match the fence I just had put in. I wish I knew his last name so he would get the credit he deserves.

The gentleman with the beard in the flooring department really went above and beyond helping me find some flooring that other Home depot locations told me I was out of luck on. Give that guy a raise

Something always needs to be fixed around the house this time it was a garbage disposal replacement. No problem I've done the job a few times. Issue with this house the plumbing is a little off. Explained the setup and issue sales clerk pointed out the PVC I need he was 100% correct had disposal replaced and water running in about an hour or 2

I went to Home Depot today to look for a vanity. I was discouraged and unable to find what I needed. I asked for assistance and Chuck appeared in a colorful festive Mardi Gras costume. He asked what I needed and immediately reviewed the shelves for options. He helped research the design and composition of the vanities and further assisted me in locating and obtaining exactly what I needed and then took it to the cash register and arranged assistance in loading the vanity in my truck. He also offered his assistance in helping me find a mirror. I am grateful for his patience and time. Service like this is rare and was greatly appreciated.

HUGE shout out to Brittany in Customer Service!! Not once, but twice she listened/acted to my issue with a return and an on-line order and worked to resolve it. She's professional, knowledgeable and solution minded. A GEM for certain!!

This is a nice, LARGE home depot store, with a great selection of products, but what makes this location truly 5 star worthy is their employees! I've shopped in this store probably 50+ times, yet each and every time I am blown away by one employee or the other- how friendly, kind, and willing to go above and beyond to help you they are! Today, an employee named Mike (from the hardware department), spent 15 minutes swapping light bulbs out of their display for me, so that I could see, and choose, the exact right color-hue for my new light fixture! He climbed ladders, opened boxes, changed out display lights, and taught me how to read the boxes, all to help me pick the perfect bulb! This is just 1 example of how awesome their employees are!
A few months ago I'd ordered some switch plates off of their website for my light switches. The website said they were 2packs, but only 1 packs showed up. The lady working at the pick up desk, as well as the male manager, went above and beyond to fix the problem for me, and even gave me a discount for my trouble! I have only ever had wonderful experiences at this Wentzville Home Depot! I highly recommend this store, and truly appreciate their kind, helpful employees! They make all the difference!

My husband and I are currently out of a home due to covid, basically very limited funds. We had something to return, the young lady offered to put it on a gift card. My husband explained we paid for it already, we needed cash. We got no money during the pandemic, and we get no assistance, we have to buy food and necessities, can't do that with a home depot card. The young lady went above and beyond, to find a way and get it done.
Thank you very much for the assistance and kindness. Did the survey on the receipt , it didn't ask a thing about the store. So Ieft my message here. We were very pleased.
