I know everyone has an opinion of Harbor Frieght. Some good, some bad. I have had nothing but good experiences and not just this store. Every single one of them. I have some old Harbor Frieght tools to include a water transfer pump that I bought about 20 years ago. I pay less and the tos last me as long. Now, I'll give a recent example. I purchased a gas powered auger from Menards. Yes, I listed that businesses name for a BIG reason. That auger lasted less than 10 days. They will not exchange it. Told me to take it to a small engine repair shop. Ok. Let's try the Harbor Frieght gas auger. I purchased the extended warranty (Menards did not offer one, or at least did not offer me one). Harbor Frieght employee did offer me two different warranties. This thing is by far more powerful! I could literally hold onto the Menards auger with one hand. DO NOT try that with this one! It digs fast and very powerful. The only thing I would change is make it a two man with a bigger handle. It could really help with a second set of hands for sure. Harbor Frieght, thank you. You treat your customers right.

Got a great deal on a floor jack that I've been putting off buying.
That jack will make my job a lot easier.

Excellent shop for most any tool a person might need. I bought a Dayton jack. An excellent new item to add to my personal tool set. My next purchase will be a mig welder for small projects.

Harbor freight is always good for some cheap tools. Mostly all of their store brand stuff has lifetime warranty so even though they're cheap, if you break them, they'll just replace them. However, I've had several full sets of mechanics tools for years and have yet to break a single thing. And believe me, they are very well used, very often!! Great store, super friendly staff!!

Great place to get tools. I bought a Mig Welder for little projects around my place. I have been going to Harbor Freight for quite a few years. If you need tools this is the place to go. The prices are great ! The tools are good quality.

Good staff at this location. They took time to help me find what I was looking for. Not a hurried experience like other Harbor Freight stores. I like the open floor plan. It just seems larger than normal. Highly recommend

I should not be allowed in this place. Too many good toys to choose from. I picked up a hand pick and sledgehammer not too long ago. Everyone working was pleasant and it was clean inside.

One of my favorite stores. Quality tools and so much more for unbelievably low prices. So happy that Washington, MO finally has a Harbor Freight Tools store. Now we need a Red Lobster in town.
