Mother ordered fish sandwich. The bun was fresh, A+ for that. She always enjoys it. Fried perfectly.
I wanted an ice cream cone but the ice cream machine was not working.

I haven't visited this McDonald's location for about 15 years. This time, my mother and I were out and wanted a fast and tasty fish sandwich. This McDonald's did not disappoint! We came at lunchtime, so both lanes in the drive-thru were stacked. The line moved swiftly. The gentleman who took our order was quick and friendly. Even after I said "surprise me" with the flavor of my iced coffee, he did not disappoint! Caramel wins! The fish sandwiches were fresh-tasting and hot. The fries were JUST MADE, i had to do the "whoo whoo" hot dance with my mouth. 🤣 I think I'll give this location a few more tries now. Thank you for a great experience!

I have been not pleased with most McDonalds for a while....but went to the Wentzville McDs today and they treated me like a celeb! I mean I kind of am but really, they were some of the nicest people ever! Loved Rhonda and a kid named Sir something but he was very respectful.

Above and beyond excellent customer service! Jennifer, I believe she's the manager, stopped at our table and asked if we needed anything and talked with us for awhile. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and quick. I highly recommend the McDonald's in Wentzville. It was really a good experience and I'd definately visit again!

I was in and out of the drive-through very quickly today my food was hot and accurate. The woman who was taking money at the drive-through window was cheerful and polite.

The gentleman that helped me was very nice and thoughtful. It was easy to place my order on the kiosk. It was clean and my food was hot and very good.

I worked this staff hard this visit 😆 I had over 26,000 reward points I'd used. They were short staffed but my orders was completed promptly. The assistant that helped me had a smile on her face and was very respectful. I've been here many times and will definitely come back.

I just had a wonderful experience with Leann. Our order was wrong, not only did she make it right quickly, she had a very cheery attitude and made my day a little brighter. Thank you!

Great service today. Short staffed like everywhere, but the staff they have are each doing the job of several people. Lady at the counter is taking orders from 3 different sources. Manager is stressed, but keeps an upbeat and kind environment for all. Food came out hot, fresh, and before we even sat down. My 10 piece nugget was only 9, but the manager made my son’s day getting him a toy even though he got an adult meal so I never even mentioned it. Staff they got that showed up needs to get the pay of the ones that didn’t as a bonus.

First time placing an order via the app. Once we worked out my user errors (lol) they quickly and correctly filled my order. The associate at the counter clearly and politely explained the misunderstanding I had without talking down to me. The staff were all very helpful and polite. Our food was hot and fresh. We'll definitely be visiting again.

With the app, ordering ahead is a breeze. Sugar free vanilla iced coffee is my new favorite, and who can resist fries with that? Simple in, out, and on the way.

I stop here for breakfast occasionally. Very friendly staff. Food comes out immediately.

Love, love, love this place. Great food, great staff, great fun.

Shout out to the whole morning crew Monday thru Friday! They're fast and efficient. Quick service that I can count on, everyday. I spend no more than 5 minutes there per visit.
Good is always hot and the coffee is always soooo gooooooood!

Michelle in the drive through was so kind and sweet to my 7 year old daughter this morning on our breakfast stop on the way to the doctor.

We went through the drive thru, because we had our little dog with us. Parked to eat.
A car next to us pulled away and my husband saw a wallet on the ground. The people had already left.
My husband took the wallet inside, the manager gave him a free coffee for doing a good deed. That was all my husband asked for, when the manager asked him what he would like to order.

Ordered at 9 pm got my food by 9:02 and the lady who took my order was very nice and respectful, her name was Amanda. 5 STARS!!!

I would recommend they are consistent . Be sure to use the app you save a bunch on the daily deals . Plus you can set orders ahead of time then when you want send order to store

Pull up at pick up your done . Plus often they have 20% off mobile orders buy one get one free bacon mcdoubles and big Macs etc check it out

Such a wonderful staff. Let my children order thier meals. Very patient with them. Mistakes happen and they forgot to put nuggets in our happy meals and made it right by bringing the kids cookies and ice cream! Definitely a great experience!
