They might have a bit of a line here and there but they are worth the wait and they move pretty quickly. Very polite associates at this location and they never forget my pup cup. Thank you!

First time stopping by because I noticed there wasn’t a line. Got greeted by the sweetest young lady standing outside. So I informed her that it was my first time been able to order and wasn’t quite sure what to order, I told her to surprise me and that she did, my latte was delicious, Service was prompt…Thank you for a Great Experience! Big Kudos to the young lady that stood outside taking orders👏🏾👏🏾

I ordered my drink and it had been taken by someone else mistakenly. They made my drink immediately with no hassle, true customer service! 5 stars for Wentzville Starbucks, well deserved!!

Always friendly service always great frappuccinos I love me some Starbucks. The only negative I have to say is it's hard to get into the parking lot because of how the building's angled on a corner with a stoplight.

They were slammed (usual for this location) but very well staffed and moving quickly so the wait wasn't long. Super friendly and dedicated staff.

I have been to a Starbucks location and 17 different countries and almost every single state here in the United States, and this is by far one of the best that I have ever been to customer service was out of this world, a barista by the name of Corinne was absolutely amazing. I walked in and asked for a tall blonde right away. She said that they don’t have any but she can brew some in a few minutes. Normally the baristas try to convince you to take a dark roast or a pike instead or some may even offer to do a pour over, which again normally does not taste as good. I have never seen anyone offer to brew a small batch, and while we were there, others actually enjoyed the blonde roast as well. that was just brewed.

This Starbucks always seems to be busy, and while not the fastest, they are always willing to make something right when I've been there. I just saw two new reviews, which claimed the store manager Jared was racist and I had to comment on that. The last time I was there, there was a homeless African American man sitting outside and came in to use the restroom. That manager kindly let him use the restroom which they can refuse and also gifted the man a coffee and talked with him to ask if needed anything else to which the man said he needed money for bus fare, and the manager GAVE him some money for the bus. The homeless man said he was a veteran and that manager replied with so is he and thanked him for his service. I personally witnessed this. So, I'm thinking NOT racist.

Wow, the staff here is among the nicest people I have had the opportunity to interact with! The coffee was on point, the blueberry scone was delicious. And with good Wi-Fi and the quiet atmosphere I was able to finish some work on my laptop promptly.

Oh boy I dislike changing my reviews ... very unorganized very much so not in a hurry and oh my they are unorganized. Wonder why cause management jokes around and stands around too much. Used to be a good place but when you have people standing around and 1 person making drinks its crazy. Today 30 plus people and drinks backed up. Let's be more professional and pitch in managent

Today I went through the drive through and realized at the window I had lost me debt card, I told them I would find it and come inside to pay. While outside looking for card the young lady brought out my coffee and told me not to worry about it and to have a great day. They are so nice and thoughtful. Love the location!

This is the best Starbucks in St. Charles County. The night crew really works together and are friendly to all the customers. They make great drink recommendations when I don’t know what to order.

I’m only making this review for Joshua who was at the drive thru today. I was having a pretty bad day and my gift card wasn’t working so he helped me out and made my literal entire day. I hope him and his supervisors see this and he gets recognized for being an amazing person.

I love this Starbucks! The employees are amazing go above and beyond. I made a mistake when ordering a drink for my daughter and once I realized it they replaced the drink with the correct one free of charge. The wait time is next to nothing when you order inside and I couldn't he happier with my experience.

This is pretty much like other Starbucks although the last 2 or 3 times I have been there it has taken a long time to get our order. Not really anyone to clean up so it isn't unusual for tables to be dirty. Doesn't stop from me going but they could use another employee or two.

I am just passing through the Wentzville area but I wanted to give this Starbucks 5 stars on their mobile orders alone! I have never seen a Starbucks push out mobile orders so quickly .. there were more orders than customers lol! Customers picking up orders never had to wait.

While traveling from Kansas to Tennessee we stopped at this location. Waiting in the drive-thru our battery died completely. After pushing the (loaded down with furniture) truck out of the way, the employees there were quick to come out and check on us. One employee, Jackson, who had extensive car knowledge, attempted to jump start the battery and then advised us of a nearby O’Rileys where we were able to take the battery for testing and eventually replaced to get back on the road a few hours later. They even left a note for the morning shift to let them know the situation if they happened to arrive and see a random truck taking up 3 prime parking spots 😂

It is so refreshing to see such a friendly staff, willing to help their customers above and beyond a delicious coffee!!!

This is by far my favorite Starbucks. They have always been professional and helpful. I'm there everyday when I'm in town. ☕

Ordered online. Had 5 drinks to pick up. 2 drinks called for dragon fruit, they were out, didn't know until I arrived. Was able to add strawberry as substitute. Will call ahead to verify next order.
