But as for my other recent orders, which includes the Sumo spring helpers, 8k leaf springs, and furrion igniter, I am pleased that they were so easy to get, they arrived quickly, and were exactly what was ordered. The suspension equipment is installed and is ready for whenever we hitch up again for our trip back north. I'll let you know how they worked in a month or so.

As for the furrion igniter, it didn't come with the wires, which I need more than the igniter. So until I find a source for those, I'll have to store the igniter in a drawer and wait! Otherwise I need to find the proper end connectors that will fit the igniter probes. The ends of my existing wires are broken off, some inside the old igniter, and that is the problem. I do not know how or why these break, but the original set was broken when we bought and took possession of the RV. They were replaced under warranty, and it worked until a few months ago.

Otherwise I am very pleased with the service and help I received from your staff. And while I've never met any of you face to face, it was like talking to old friends when trying to solve my needs or problems. I am now, and likely will remain a satisfied customer, thank you!

The photos show the old springs compared to the new, and that both springs on the rear axle had sheared the center bolt heads in the saddles. We were very lucky to find these when we did.
I and three other friends, all mechanics or otherwise experienced, installed these parts in the field. It took a total of about four hours actual labor time.

Jameson, was very thorough in his response and made a good recommendation which I am exploring further. He also asked for my Lug nut pattern and have include a photo here. If I went to a 17 " would I have to change drums and dual axles (7000lb) to accommodate larger lug size than the current 1/2 lug.

I order a B&W Continuum hitch from Tammie. 4 days later the 2 boxes arrived by UPS severely damaged. The shank and hitch head box was crushed and open across one end with several holes in the package that some parts had excepted thru. The other package had holes and was wet with hydraulic fluid. I put them in my garage after taking pictures where UPS delivered them. The next morning I opened both boxes and took more pixies of the damaged boxes and parts that were missing along with the hydraulic tank bleeder valve that was broken off at the threads from the rough treatment of the shipping company. I called etrailer and talked to Daniel and sent him pictures. Within 2 hours Daniel had gotten approval to replace the entire shipment of the hitch. Before the end of the day, etrailer employees had pulled, labeled, & shipped. UPS picked it up before they closed that Friday evening. They were delivered the following Tuesday in perfect shape. I installed the hitch the next day on a Flagstaff Classic 826mbr. It was a 6" frame but had the large propane tanks with a 5" cross drop frame welded to the tank rack and frame that I had to cut and roll out of the way of the hydraulic cylinder and lines of the hitch. Hitch works with one hand easily. This 72 year old is very happy I don't have to leverage up spring bars anymore. Super simply, works well, & quiet in turns. Shipping damage wasn't the fault of B&W packaging or trade handling so I reward both with 5 stars. Etrailer went above and beyond to make it all right. Customer Service is unbelievably great👍 The first shipment had 2 other boxes of additional parts that had no damage

Absolutely amazing folks.. great install and hitch with wiring! If I had one critique.. work on your install hours. My car was done and parked outside by 10:30A this morning after I was told it would take all day. Rented a car I had to Uber to since it would take 'all day'.. Either way, wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

I installed the HY- POWER DIODES part 792 to my Radiator and trans cooling fans ran it for a little while test run it's working fine no feed back and the diode doesn't get hot so far so good let know on the longer drives great product so far thanks aloha from Hawaii

My local retailer referred me to LEER for parts. Online, I inquired and got a quick reply with the exact parts number for the support rods I needed. Then, I got an email from Leer asking for more info and they covered it under warranty and sent two 10mm Snap-on Socket Fittings. They showed up quickly. I installed them today and my support rods work like new. (I ordered the rods before i got their warranty response and hope they cancelled the order as they have not yet arrived.) Very simple to remove the old ones and install the new. Thanks!

Re: Installing Roadmaster Invisibrake in 2nd Vehicle (brake booster vacuum line)

It was questionable whether or not a check valve was required. Roadmaster indicated that it may not be needed on my 2020 Ford Ranger and Kevin said that it was required. When I cut the vacuum line I tried to pull air from the engine side and I could not. This led me to assume that there is a factory installed check valve from Ford (and why wouldn’t there be one). I installed the check valve as per Kevin because I didn’t feel that a double check valve would matter that much. I connected to my MH and all works as it is supposed to.

Thank you for the feedback. I appreciate the information received. I have ordered a new wiring harness instead and hope that corrects my issue. If not, I will certainly explore the alternative option.

Robin answered my question the best he could with the information I gave him regarding my new Road Active Suspension enhancement kit. I took his advice and put it to the maximum setting for my fifth wheel hitch and trying to level the front with my Rough Country 1.5-2" lift. My truck sits perfectly level with the 500lb hitch that sits in the bed most of the year because its such a pain to get in and out. Can't wait to see how it tows in the Spring!

Thank you for the info on the switches my biggest concern was the gauge of wires coming out of the Lippert switch. if they would get hot and catch fire. I should have asked that also, if you would give me a reply on that.
