Kroger

I went this afternoon & they had so much in stock! Very impressed! I had to ask some employees where things were as i usually go to truce rd which i went there this a m & they had very little of what i went after! i called from my phone to ask for help finding things when i didnt see an employee but regardless i got all i went after @ mendenhall location! Everyone was very friendly & helpful!! Definitely will go back!!

WHAT AN EXCEPTIONAL AND OUT OF THE BOX NEW YEAR'S DAY MEAL EXPERIENCE USING KROGER ONLY PRODUCTS! Actually went to 3 different stores on NYE but it was so worth it.

I've always loved Kroger and I definitely love the app. This Kroger is big and they have everything you are looking for. The only thing is at late night there isn't a cashier opened. You can only do self check out which I don't mind but when you have 2 carts full of food it will be time consuming.

Thank you so much to the lady working self checkout at 3:30 am on Tuesday July 30!!!! I had to stop in here before heading in to work and there was a man sitting outside. He didn't say anything but when someone stares you down in the middle of the night it's going to make you a little uncomfortable. Leaving the store I knew I'd probably be alright so I didn't say anything. This wonderful woman without me even asking followed me out to make sure I made it to my car okay! Thank you so much!!! It was very much appreciated!!!

This is my favorite Kroger Born and Raised for a while here in Memphis, and they hold everything. This Kroger is a regular size Kroger and its super organized with lots of options. They even have scan and go for your produce. I love this store here.

Went to use Coinstar. No line to use it plus it wasn't out of order. Also, didn't have to wait to get my cash. Whole thing took 10 minutes.

Because this store has such a high volume of customers, its produce, meat/seafood and bakery/deli items are always fresh. The store is, generally, well-stocked and is always clean; and, the staff are friendly and accommodating. Not being a "mega-store" allows easy navigation of the aisles, even when the store is exceptionally busy. Wait times for checkout are minimal, even at peak hours. Parking in the rather small lot can be a little frustrating if you're unwilling to walk; but, cart returns are plentiful and well-placed. I drive past two grocery stores (including another Kroger) just to shop here. It's worth the extra two blocks' drive!

This Kroger puts all other Kroger's in Memphis to shame. Clean, well maintained, well stocked, and friendly employees. Very modern layout and feel.

My first trip I bought a six pack through self-check to test their response time. About 3 seconds after I scanned my beer a friendly lady was on me like white on rice to check my ID and okay the sale.

I think they accidentally hung a Kroger sign on a Whole Foods.

On 10/25/2020 i went through to this Kroger sending money by using the Western union today is my lucky day that i met Mrs: or ms Angleica she was so sweet and helpful . I like the way she talking because look like she know how to treat the customer really well

Great hiliday sales as usual.also. I was there after 9::30pm, but the night Manager could not have been nicer & very knowledgeable & accomidating. Maybe it's the night time which is when I like to go because of my mobilty issues. It's usually much more relaxing & a plesant place to go in the evening & late night also the people wkng & stocking are way more knowledgeable & helpful as well. So thank you for a unusually pleasant experience. I really did appreciate everything he & the rest of the staff did to make it such a pleasurable experience. Which is usually not something one has nice experiences when grocery shopping. Thanks again for all your help tonight.

Crowded but if you're taking your time and know what items to get an where to find them you'll be alright. Kroger's now have a self scan system going on. In which I tried out an it was kool shopping and bagging items at the same time... I recommend

If you haven't tried Pizza Romana (inside the store) do yourself a favor. Good stuff, and friendly staff. And kudos to the friendly manager, Lukecus for quickly, professionally, and politely correcting a small pricing error on checkout.

Great store, clean modern and elegant. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Get typical grocery stuff or come to massive salad bar( 6.99 lb make urself worth it ) and some times with hot foods to grab. Even can eat there in a nice dining room

Omg I love this store!!!! I’m from jersey and it feels like 🏠 home. Clean well stocked with all the unusual items I like. The bagels are Devine and I really enjoy the convenience of scan and bag.

I really like this store but I want to old schedule back. 24 hours open. Because I like to shop late at night and this store closes as any other Kroger store at 11 pm.

Love the store. It's my prefer store over the Poplar Plaza store and the Truse Parkway(literally across the street over the RR tracks) store. Always clean and we'll stocked. Nice employee's.

You won't find a nicer Kroger in the area. We live in Midtown and drive past one (used to be two) Krogers to get to this one. It is clean and well organized. Service is fast and friendly.

Only place I can find Resees plant based peanut butter cups.

This is one of the most convenient and certainly cleanest Krogers in the East Memphis area or even in the entire metro area -- the grocery store is open 24/7 in case you've forgotten anything or need or want something in the off hours ~

Very GREAT Kroger to shop at... Always clean, sale items im stock and the entire staff is beyond friendly. Keep up the Wonderful Job!!
