AT&T Store

My last two experiences with ATT have totally reversed my opinion of them. For years, I have had negative experiences, but these past two have left me feeling very positive. It’s clear they are trying to regain favor, and in my case they have done so by offering better service at a cheaper price than I was paying and giving prompt service in the store.

Atmosphere was friendly and professional. Agent asked questions to ensure I received the best options for my needs. Poplar and Mendenhall location

George was very helpful he did such a Great & Good job! He explained my device in detail with the best customer care & service. He even exceeded my expectations of excellent extraordinary service. In fact, he gets 5 stars 🌟 for satisfaction such an asset to team!

I told Hunter, the salesman, not to lose any of my recently deceased mother's voicemails and he was conscientious, polite, knowledgeable and did a great job!

I inherited an older Android phone at a new job a year ago. It was awful. I had the go ahead to get a new phone but not the time or energy. Suddenly, the phone screen started acting odd and wonky. Now I'm worried I might lose all the contact and text data stored in it. I went into the store at 6 pm on a Friday...no one's favorite time to be dealing with a complicated phone issue. Jorge listened to my needs and my fears and made everything alright...despite it taking multiple tries to get all of my data to transfer to the new phone. Jorge, aka "the Instigator" nicknamed by his fellow, and equally lovely, employees was my savior that day and turned what could have been a very ugly time for me into a pleasant evening with no worries. I came to the store #4320 to get some assistance. George greeted me when I arrived. He assisted me with what I needed and spent the time to explain everything to me. I love this location. Everyone is always so helpful. 👍🏼

It was the best experience that I've ever had at AT&T. The young lady was fabulous ,very patient with me. She knew exactly what was wrong, & instantly fixed it . Extremely helpful, knows her job! Very friendly, her name is Terykah. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!! I am old and disabled and she was so patient, & helped with my mother's problem.v She is very much appreciated. SHE MADE ME LAUGH!!! Wonderful service! I came in for a upgrade for my son Mr. Ladarius Wheeler was my salesman and was very patient with me. I spent less than 25 minutes in the store. He did an excellent job and gave me exactly what I asked for.

Michael at the 4938 Poplar location was a breath of fresh air after two horribly failed attempts at getting help from a different location nearby. He handled my transfer of billing responsibility like a pro and with so much patience. He even stayed a little past his shift to make sure I had everything I needed. The best AT&T experience I've ever had. Michael is the best!

Jorge was great! He listened to my questions, provided feedback, and made suggestions. He reviewed the information and was very helpful. I definitely enjoyed my experience on yesterday.

Came into the store on yesterday to purchase a few accessories and was greeted at the door by a Ladarius he was so helpful and kind and he really helped with all my needs. He engaged with great conversation and told me he was a new hire but I would have never thought because he was so knowledgeable and perfect I most definitely will be back looking for him

Percy was the person who assisted me. He was great. Wonderful service. Made sure I got my phones insured and offered the best plan suitable for me and my family. He's awesome!!

I can’t express how pleased and grateful I am for the customer service received at the Poplar and Mendenhall AT&T store!!! This is a world-class act. The Manager CeCe and phone representative Ladarius were Top Notch. We “may” have been in the store 45 minutes. Ladarius had us in and out and so kind and a delight to work with!😊

CeCe greeted EVERY customer with a smile and respect, I mean EVERY customer, no matter age, race and how they were dressed…RESPECT!!!

I LOVE seeing our men of color represented in a positive manner, representation MATTERS. #AT&T these men should be rewarded for their service and dedication to making every customer feel valued. I’ve been with Sprint for over 25 years and NEVER received this kind of service when I’ve had to visit a store. 🥴

Percy met me in the parking lot and escorted me inside. He was extremely helpful while explaining options for plans and showing me equipment. I asked numerous questions of which he patiently and thoroughly answered. As a senior member of the community, I'd like to thank AT&T for having a pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous, and perceptive employee like Percy. We didn't close the deal that day, but I have his card and will certainly make sure he gets the credit when I do make my purchase.

The salesperson William was awesome. I thought they were going to take an extremely long time to transfer my info from one phone to the next; however William stayed true to his word and only took a few minutes. I was able to get back to work in time. Thank you.

My husband and I had a amazing experience at this location. Our salesman Will was excellent he handled everything as quickly as possible and got us exactly what we wanted and more! We left with new phones and great accessories! We came in at the last minute and Will handled everything without a rush he had exceptional customer service and made sure everything was taken care of before we left . I was really worried about everything not transfering to my new phone, Will connected the two devices and in just a few minutes it was finished and my new phone looked exactly like my old one, my pictures were on the background screen and everything ! We are extremely happy! I recommend this location to anyone . Make sure you ask for Will , you will definitely leave a happy customer!

Very responsive staff; helpful and efficient service in a pleasant environment.

Jason was my service rep today and he was Great! Help me figure out the problem and even offered to let me use the store phone to retrieve the information. He was fast and thorough. I’d use this store and particularly ask for him.

Not only was Mrs. Jennifer extremely helpful, kind, and informative, she was very thorough and made sure we had everything we needed before we left the store.
This was a stress free transition, and I would highly recommend her services.
