Stopped there to get my battery and charging system checked. Kyle spent 15-20 minutes checking my car. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and competent. I was so impressed I offered him a $20 tip, which he thanked me for offering but refused to accept, asking that I leave a positive review instead. Mission accomplished! Kyle is a great employee, and so refreshing to meet such a hardworking and friendly young guy.

Earlier today I went to AutoZone to get a new car battery. They told me that they didn't have any people to put it in my car. So I left and drove a mile and a half and I walked into this Advance location. I purchased a battery and had it installed by a young man in no time. Customer service is key. 👍

The guys at the counter were very helpful. I needed some tire valves and the guy who helped me suggested a different tool fo removing the old valves and installing the new valves. Very nice suggestion! Then the computer wouldn't let him sell it to me but he took the time to figure it out so I could buy this "for shops only" tool.

They helped me bundle my oil change filter and oil together for a great discount. Then they accepted my used oil for recycling when I had completed the job. One stop shop, first rate.

Great people, helpful and friendly. Had the motorcycle battery we needed and had us on our way. Thanks guys!
