AT&T Store

The service that I received from Othniel P was excellent. He went above and beyond to explain all of my options so that I was able to make the best choice for myself. He was polite, professional and knowledge. He made sure that all of my information was transferred to my new phone. Even though I had to stay for a long time for my phone. Information to transfer, the other representative was very kind and made me feel comfortable. If it's possible for Othniel P to get a special recognition for his service, I think it would be well deserved. I would definitely come back to that branch to get any services I need from AT&T based on the service I received.

Went to the store to purchase a new iPhone for my Son, Stephen the representative was very polite and professional. He approached us with a positive attitude and helped us decide on which model suits us better. Plus even had taken the time to look at my plan to see what’s available as far as discounts. He had set up the iPhone and even helped me out with my own phone. Will be back very soon during the Holiday season for a new upgrade. Thanks again Stephen.

Zack It’s the best guy in the store. He knows how to handle it. He’s very quick and he took his time to make sure that all my devices will be correct with the IME numbers.
Definitely recommend the store and the manager go there and have your own new phone

Tallat has been an amazing, very impressive person. She explained my plan, protection benefits and my monthly plan. We would come back to this location. AT&T has hired a person with great management skills.

I arrived at this AT&T location after being turned away by another one being that they were leaving for lunch. They had 15 minutes and were acting like it was such an inconvenience to just check if we were eligible for an upgrade. My mother and I then decided to go to the 188 location where we were given a very welcoming greeting by a sales associate by the name of O. He was very patient, kind and informative. He gave us all our upgrade options and promotions available to us, and made us feel extremely comfortable. We ended up upgrading both of our phones and getting apple watches. We have been AT&T customers for 20+ years and O had provided us the best customer service experience we have received by far. O is definitely an asset to the company and this store! Thank you for all your help!!

I like my representative Othniel very much. He was very accommodating to my needs and also very helpful. I felt treated with respect the only thing that made me feel uneasy was the manager whose name is Tallat who kept on coming asking questions about what were we doing at the time. She came at least 3 times and ask where we're we at. I needed some time to get of the information on the different services that I was getting. But I got everything I needed.

Visted AAT on 188 street in Fresh Meadow with completely cracked protection screen for my iPhone 14 pro which i had unlimited warranty for..Zachary was very welcoming and assured me that the problem will be fixed.. He quickly got the replacement and put it on my phone perfectly within minutes!!!!

I spoke to representatives at ATT and was a great experience handling my services the rep who was a gentleman, Othniel did a exceptional job but the manager Tallat there is terrible, unprofessional, hard to deal with, and needs help on how to deal with people.

Tonya and Patrice were fantastic! She greeted me as soon as I walked in she fixed my phone and helped me get an upgrade as well they're also introduced me to the cable deal as well. The service I got was stupendous thank those lady's so much I'll recommend this place to everyone moving forward

The customer service on the phone kept transferring us over back and forth. We went to another location in Franklin Square and had the worse experience. The girls here were amazing. They spent over 2 hours helping us get our phone transferred over and the online pile we need it. She was nice, polite and tried her best. 1000% recommended 😍.

I came to the physical AT&T store in fresh meadows and was helped by the manager - Patrice. She was extremely helpful with porting my phone# over from Boost Mobile to my AT&T prepaid plan. I was there only 5 minutes while I spent over an hour talking to an AT&T rep overseas who was not able to help me. I would definitely recommend Patrice and this store with any account inquiries and troubleshooting issues. Always better to talk to a live person and in person than having to deal with tech/customer support over the phone.

This is the first online review I’ve ever done. I am an older woman who accompanied my elderly father to get his information transferred from his old AT&T phone to his new one. Not being an AT&T customer myself, I was helped with my phone issue as well. So impressed by Kevaugn ( hope the spelling is right ) the store manager and Steven. Both young men gave exemplary customer service.They truly demonstrated what work ethic should look like. We need more like them.

During my visit, the store was clean and neat. Very inviting. The team working there was very attentive and well mannered. The manager Kevaughn went above and beyond with his patience as he explained all plans and also the promotions that were available during my visit, especially for first responders. Both he and his team were knowledgeable of the products and services provided by AT&T. This store is definitely a diamond in the rough. Great find.

I came here to get my daughter an iphone for college and it was fast and easy. There were just two staff members so the manager Taallat helped us. She was polite and energetic. She was extremely helpful with answering our questions and finding the best plan for us. I am very happy with the service here and will come to this location for my family's future needs-

Easy to make an appointment. Waited less than 5 mins. Our representative (Alex) was amazing. He was very helpful with any questions we had. He gave us information around saving cost, product information and help us set up our new phones. I work in retail as well and Alex’s customer service was above average. He was very attentive, engaging, funny and polite. Best service I’ve had in a while. Alex will now be my go to representative. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Alex, the sales representative was absolutely exceptional! He was nice and patient! Candice, the assistant manager was also very kind. It was overall an great experience. My mother and myself originally went to the location on northern blvd off of the clear view expressway where the sales rep was rude, and my mom and I decided to leave and go to this location. We were happy that we did because Alex was extremely helpful and nice.

Would just like to say how helpful the employees at the Fresh Meadows AT&T were when my husband and I stopped in for assistance in activation and setup of our new cellphones. Candeese and Andre greeted us immediately when we arrived, and both were prompt and very knowledgeable in transferring contact lists, photos, etc to our new phones. Nick also helped out as well. Professional, very knowledgeable and with a great work ethic. It doesn't get any better. AT&T is fortunate to have these great people on staff.

I live in this area so naturally my family and I go to this store for our AT&T needs. We have had some unfortunate encounters in the past, but my last visit has surpassed any expectations. I was there to upgrade to one of the new iPhone 12, I read the reviews online but my mind wasn’t quite made up. I was helped by Estevan. He was extremely helpful in explaining the different features and cost associated with the phones. He was super patient and allowed me to make the decision that I was comfortable with. Thank you Estevan!

Patrice worked with me to solve my issues. She was activating 2 phones for me. The first worked fine. The second phone had a problem. After activation it was able to receive calls but not able to make calls. It was beyond what could be done at the store. She called AT&T Advanced Technical Support and worked with them to solve the problem. Yay! 👍
