SOOOOO many boots to choose from! Basic boots, fancy boots, and kid's boots, they had them all. Fun place to browse around.

Boot Barn what can I say One of my favorite places to shop.
Extremely helpful in my last stop in as normal.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Did it all with a smile during the holidays.

Didn't visit the store, but ordered a gift card on line for my great-granddaughter and was happy with how easy it was. Very pleasant experience.

The service is amazing. even coming to a return on some boots that had fallen apart prematurely, the warranty was so close to being invalid ETHAN and I believe TEX the manager where outstanding in understanding and helping me find a replacement pair of boots. This is the reason I only come to this store for the hospitality and positivity 10/10

I started at fleet farm bought boots wasn't to excited about them so the boots I bought I was looking at different ones online came across this place they were close to home never been here I had the best experience ever I seeked out the older lady working just because she was more my size and she was phenomenal so helpful I was afraid i wouldn't find anything cause I have big calfs she explained everything about the boots what I needed and sold me a pair of boots at the end definitely will be back and poor kid at the register was awesome we had him laughing so hard he needed help I had no bad experience with anyone working there all friendly

Hands down the best customer service experience while visiting this location. Derek was incredible. He worked with my daughter and I to ensure we found all of the items we were looking for. He took the time to understand our needs, reviewed the proper care for our items and answers our questions. We will definitely be going back.

Lots of boot choices but not what I was looking to try. Must have been short staffed when we stopped because nobody moved from behind the cashier's counter to even try to help us.

This place is awesome... Work boots,, Harley Davidson Boots,, cowboy boots, work clothing.. hats and so much more... I spent at least an hour here just looking... Was late picking the girlfriend up from work...lol... I got caught up looking at everything in the store... Pants, shirts, hats , gloves and just about everything.... Going back tomorrow and picking me up some Harley Davidson Boots... Going to be in the doghouse,,, the boots are going to be well worth my girlfriend be heated under the collar a bit.... Thanks Boot Barn... Man am I going to be in trouble tomorrow when my girl gets off work......lol

Clean, smells amazing in there. The staff was super friendly an helpful I'll most likely be back to grab some exotic boots. Tex was very helpful.

Being a stock holder I expect the best from the boot barn stores. This one never let's me down.

Went in knowing that I wanted some safety toe cowboy boots for work. My questions were more than answered by Tex who lived up to his name. Although I told him that I’m just looking at options and not ready to buy today, he still offered expert advice and was genuinely fun to talk to. Would recommend Tex and this boot barn to everyone!!
