let me start off by saying, i came into the store and was welcomed by the friendliest cashier Gretchen! She’s awesome. I was looking to buy new appliances for my new home and Annalise helped me out! She even made sure to help me get a protection plan so that i’m covered !! Shoutout to Annalise. She really made my day easier :)

Haley in flooring was astounding! She helped me find the perfect rug for my entry way and she even offered to help me set up a Home Depot credit card ! I came into the store looking for help and got exactly what I needed. Thank you Haley. You are truly making a difference at the Fridley Home Depot !

I love the houseplant selection at this store. I buy my landscaping supplies here too. I needed some lumber to finish a project and a worker was kind enough to select some and load it onto my cart. I have built an entire chicken coop with supplies from this store and they always seem to have good stock.

Everyone was very helpful let's see a new young man there named Charles had to be a good dude cuz he's got is my same name LOL!!

It was 8:35 when we began our third trip back to home Depot. Morale was low. Confidence dead....the internet ... No help at all. Everything was lost until we met Rick. Rick, your confidence was inspired. You gave us the strength (and the part) we needed to shower again. All I can say is THANK YOU.

Asim truly saved the day! After struggling at other stores to find the exact paint for my home project, Asim's expertise came to the rescue. He listened attentively, asked insightful questions, and navigated the options effortlessly. Asim's knowledge and determination turned what seemed like a daunting task into a breeze. Stopped in for some electricians tools. Found everything I need. There's also a guy out front with a little hot dog cart. He's got to be some of the best hot dogs I've ever had and get them with the fried onions. Even better. He has hamburgers but I haven't tried those yet

Awesome service, Rachel and her staff made my purchase and loading a pleasant experience. What sets this home depot apart from the others is the great service and friendly staff.

I purchased carpeting and padding about a month ago for 2 bedrooms. Eric helped me do much from picking out carpet type and padding to the installation process. He explained what would happen next from receiving a call from the person who comes to measure and the installer. He gave me a time span and phone numbers if I didn't hear within the time. No issues. I heard the next day from the person who measures. And after I confirmed my purchase and paid, I heard from the person who installed the carpet. Within 4 days. He did such a fantastic job. This entire process beginning to end was about 3 weeks. I was beyond happy. Thanks guys.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Home Depot, this location in particular. Every employee I've encountered has been kind, responsive, attentive and have met all my needs. Kris, one of the managers was EXCEPTIONAL. He helped explain the details of the appliance I purchased, made great conversation, helped bring items to/from my vehicle and made my experience worth while. I highly recommend visiting this location!!

Not every department has every item perfectly organized, but they’re still one of my favorite locations because they’ve got a huge parking lot that’s only shared with one other business, and the store itself is almost never over-crowded. Staff are nice and helpful if you can find someone who’s free. I think this might be one of their lower volume stores, so staffing seems a little on the light side on some days. Still, if you’re nearby, you like easy parking lots, and you don’t like crowds, this location is a gem.

Visited yesterday to buy supplies and paint to paint my house. Kenny saved me almost $150 by helping me buy the right paint after I almost walked out of the store with the wrong stuff! I am very happy.

I have been going to this store for about 4 years now.the staff are supper friendly especially Courtney

Milton in the paint department was outstanding Sunday. He greeted us when we arrived at the paint counter, let us know he'd be right with us and proceeded to mix us a quart of paint for an entry door. He also guided us to two other items we needed in other departments while the paint mixed. Thanks Milton. We'll be back!

Nice & knowledgeable employees.
Only thing I would like to see differently would be the amount of plant waste.
Most plants & shrubs can be brought back to life if given the chance. Mb sell at 75% discount?
Overall this store is one of the nicest HD I've been to!

Very happy with my in-store pick up order. There was only one female employee working by herself at customer service, but she was a superstar. She was multitasking, answering questions, and fulfilling pick up orders and returns. She helped me immediately. The other employee who helped put the order in my car was also nice. I was out of the store in five minutes!

Also good to hit the local hardware store.

Dale was great with helping me find what I was looking for.

Jonathan was very helpful and understanding with us about the snow blower. The snow blower was a year old model and had some minor damages so he was willing to decrease the price. He was nice to us and made it a positive experience for us.
