Was helped today by Dylan.

He took care of my hardware issue, cleaned up account contact info, and found a way to mitigate billing. Dylan was very diligent and knowledgeable.

I went in and Jordan was AMAZING (he’s helped me before and I remembered him bc he’s so easy to talk to). He remembered me too, which was pretty great bc he sees so many customers. He was able to find the exact iwatch for me within my budget and set me up with a better plan than I was currently on (I’ve been an Att customer for 20+ years). In the 20+ years, I’ve never taken the time to write a review, but he deserves it and next time you need something from AT&T, ask for Jordan at Cary Towne Center in Cary, NC! Very appreciative of Denzel helping me after I lost my sim card. He went above and beyond and helped me get an e-sim setup for free.

As soon as I got there, I started working with Kris on some procedural things that needed to happen in order to activate. My phones is a bit of a complicated situation, but he handled it like a champ and stayed two steps ahead of what was going on the longer we sat there the more confident I became in, his knowledge and ability everybody that was working there was super friendly and accommodating could not have asked for a better experience

It took us a while from me to change from Net10 to AT&T, but my rep, Jeff, went sbove and resolved my issue. I would work with him anytime! Amazing customer service!

I came into the Cary store because I had spent a lot of time trying to get help from AT&T on the phone (talked to 4 people, all of whom could not help me and passed me to someone else, and was disconnected multiple times) without success. I came into the store to try one more time before giving up on AT&T altogether. Jeff took care of me efficiently, effectively, and pleasantly. He somehow made it easy to carry out a task I thought would be difficult if not impossible. Excellent service.

Jordan is an excellent sales consultant. He showed me how to save money on my wireless bill!

Jeff is a great staff member! I was very worried because I anticipated getting billed for someone else's phone. Emails for an unknown person's account kept coming to my Inbox. Jeff spent lots of time with me while still professionally handling in-coming customers. Jeff very patiently determined that a Texas store set up the account. Through great detective work, he was able to get me all the information I needed to straighten out the incorrect billing email assigned to the account. I never could have done it on my own. Thanks, so much, Jeff. You are an outstanding representative for ATT.

I had an awesome experience. After a lengthy wait, which was understandable on cyber Monday.
Kate was FANTASTIC. She set my family up with new phones and somehow lowered my monthly payment. Kate was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Understood my needs. Got right to work. I am super impressed with Kate. She took care of all my concerns. Ask for Kate and you’ll see for yourself!

Chris Webber was amazing!! I had a problem that I knew would take awhile to fix and he did it with a smile and encouragement! He is 100% my go to guy at this location.

I had a great experience here. The new S23 ultra came out so I came to utilize the promotion for trading in a Samsung phone and getting essentially a phone.
It was quick and easy. Alfredo was a great help, offering additional items suited to my hobbies.

I recently switched over from Verizon and had extremely great service at this location. I was immediately greeted and assisted by Alfredo. I was expecting to be there for hours but the whole process barely took and hour and a half. Highly recommend this location!

I want to give a big shout out to Jake Moore at ATT! I recently bought a new phone and went into the store for assistance transferring everything over. Jake was more than willing to help me with this! Unbeknownst to me, I had nothing saved to the cloud on my phone so he began the time consuming task for me. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He also multitasked by assisting other customers that needed “quick” help in between without batting an eye. He was even calm, cool and professional when some less than pleasant person was on the phone and swore at him when he couldn’t be helped over the phone and needed to come into the store. Jake offered this person several options to help solve this problem however this customer was bluntly a jerk! If you want exceptional customer service, go see Jake Moore in Cary!!

Emily S. at the Cary store is awesome! She listened to our needs for combining our separate phone, internet and tv accounts after we were recently married. She talked through our options, clearly gave the prices for comparison and let us select. She also had great tips for getting the most from our services. She saved us tons!
