I recently went into the store on 11/27 in the morning and I had the pleasure of getting help from 2 ladies. I wish I remembered names but one was an Asian woman and the other one was a Spanish woman with red lipstick. Both ladies made me feel very welcomed and at peace because I was locked out my iCloud account over the weekend. They guided me to the right numbers to call to start my apple recovery process. I highly recommend this store to anyone who needs genuine customer service. Thank you!

I have been here twice to resolve issues that T-Mobile could not resolve online, over chat, at another store, or over the phone. Both times I was helped by Parnia - simply put, she is a miracle worker! Calm, intelligent, and gracious - she deserves a promotion! I will continue to come back to this store with any issues.

Nathaniel is Awesome! I had spent many hours (3-4 hours) on the phone with technical support without getting anywhere to try and connect my Samsung Watch 6 Classic to the T-Mobile network. I was almost to the point that I was going to sell the brand new watch and not keep trying to get them to get it to work correctly. So I went into this store and Nathaniel started helping me. He was so polite, honest and was determined to get this to work. It was truly a nice surprise to see this kinda of customer service and someone want to solve my issue. He called technical support and talked to several different people over a 2 hour period, he finally spoke to someone that actually listen to him about what really need to be done to make this work. I seriously wanted to buy him something because he never gave up and in the end fixed my issue. You gave me excellent customer service and solved my issue. Thank you again! Thomas Williamson

My family and I came in to switch carriers. I was apprehensive but the team at this particular branch were super prepared. Particularly Nick K.was knowledgable, incredibly patient when we needed help, and provided constant reassurance. Additionally, Parnia H. was super sharp, patient, and quickly solved issues- she was a gem. I really appreciate Nick and Parnia for their assistance!

Great service given by Nick, bought phone service plus two streaming devices. He also helped me with an issue with my phone.

The DP Tmobile store is amazing. ... the awesome employees (Bronte, Jake and Gloria(?) , are the only reasons I didn't commit myself as a 5150. I had been without a phone for a month all due to my plan not being updated. NO ONE at the main customer care line at T-mobile could figure this out. It wasn't until Jake and the rest helped me set up my new phone. Very grateful to their service and dedication and I even got PRIDE socks!!! Yaya!🙏🏼 🏳‍🌈🥰👏🏼

from Costco to TMobile Shop to local T Mobile Laguna Niguel favorite everyone has knowledge helps you with problems you need help with. Had many try to change me to another company.With best company why should I change.

I visited the Ocean Ranch store because I found it difficult to use the website to move my 2 iPhones and IPad from Verizon to T-Mobile. I worked through the process with Jake and scored 2 new iPhones at a great discount. I also ended up with a much better wireless plan with great international travel rates at a cost that’s $50 a month less than Verizon. I regret not switching to T-Mobile sooner. Next I plan to move my internet from Cox Cable to T-Mobile’s new 5g service. I can’t wait to leave Cox because their customer service is a nightmare to work with.

I came in disheartened because a mall location had told me my trade-in was set up wrong and I’d have to return my phone and do another order (which would be back ordered for a month), but this location fixed it in just a few min!! They knew what they were doing and were so much friendlier. What a relief

Ok, so T-Mobil bought sprint. I wasn’t sure how I felt about that as I had been happy with sprint over the years. I went in to the Ocean Ranch location recently on 2 separate occasions to switch over plans. Robbie helped me and immediately put my mind at ease with his friendly demeanor and professional knowledge. I look forward to seeing Robbie for all my phone questions, updates, and needs. Plus he said he’d dog sit for me ;-)

Do you know my main concern oh, this is regarding your employee Chase coffee, I've not met and more capable an efficient employee here at T-Mobile. Is very knowledgeable and taking care of all my problems, interprofessional knowledgeable way. If you work for me I would definitely give him a raise. Sincerely Jay Gilbert

My son did the research, and T-mobile prepay phone is the best deal anywhere, and the reception is great. The employees are all very helpful and professional. The stores are really beautiful. I love the hot pink and silver. I love my android smart phone. It's smarter than I am. They had a good deal on it, you have to buy your phone up front, but I didn't have to have a contract, and the monthly fee is smaller because of it, way smaller.

Awesome store. A younger guy with glasses helped me out a few weeks ago on a Sunday or Monday with my search for a new phone. Very knowledgeable, and experienced in the products and their highs/lows. Whatever he makes, he deserves a raise.

Courteous and friendly service. We upgraded/purchased two new phones and Robert explained everything to our satisfaction.

Thanks to two amazing young men, Darren and Richard , for fast, friendly, professional and very efficient service. We joined T-Mobile for their coverage and purchased the “Magenta plus” package and are very satisfied.
