I had such a great experience yesterday finding a pair of shoes! Kristine was amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to what my needs were. It made the experience very easy. I LOVE my new shoes. I wore them today while I walked all of my dogs. I have walked almost 10 miles today and my feet don’t hurt at all. Thank you Kristine and Fleet Feet. I will definitely be back soon!

Robin was excellent. She had great knowledge of her products and gave me several recommendations based on my need. I’m very happy with my shoes which are extremely comfortable and just what I needed.

Great experience! First time at a Fleet Feet, after wearing out a pair of Brooks extremely quickly (~2.5 months) and needing a new set for long runs. Robin was super helpful from start to finish, recommending two styles of Brooks so I could compare, an insole for extra support, and higher-quality socks.

With plenty more long runs over the coming months (targeting a marathon in May), I’d definitely return when my current pair wears out.

I recently lost the toenails on both of my big toes due to poor fitting hiking shoes. The Fleet Feet 3D scanner analyzed my feet so thoroughly that the Sales Associate was able to select the right shoes for me. The Associate, Christine was knowledgeable, courteous and patient. She found the perfect fitting shoe for me!

My doctor recommended this store. My old sneakers had broken down and my feet were killing me. I have unusually wide feet with a high arch as well. I needed to find a proper fitting shoe. Thankfully Kerri at Fleet Feet helped me out. She greeted me as soon as I walked in. They have a 3D foot scanner which confirmed my odd foot shape. She brought out 4 different pairs of shoes and we found one with a great fit. My feet are very happy now. Thanks Kerri!

This is a great place to buy the right thing; don't fool yourself with trying to buy from the internet. This is a hands- on experience which might cost a bit more, but getting excellent guidance is worth the difference. After trying on everything, I bought the New Balance 1080v13, their latest. I would never have considered that model by just buying from the internet. First run today was wonderful!

Until now, we've been purchasing shoes for our kids through trial and error. Yesterday, we were exposed to the science of proper fitting shoes, and our daughter's measurements were taken from several different angles. The person who assisted us was very kind, and she went the extra mile to help us purchase the perfect pair of shoes. I expect all of the shoes we purchase going forward will be at Fleet Feet.

As a former football player with a number of knee and back issues, it has been nearly impossible to purchase a walking shoe that allows for foot comfort while supporting my injuries. I finally found a retailer that has taken the time and are to fit me for the perfect shoe to restore quality of life while maintaining my fitness goals.
Fleet Feet is likely the only place I will purchase shoes in the future.

I purchased shoes at a Fleet Feet store in another state. When I traveled home, I discovered that the shoes were a little too small. I returned the shoes to the Laguna Niguel store and they were responsive and kind as they processed the return. I never felt awkward. Once the return was complete, the representative helped me find another pair, since they didn't have the returned shoe in my size. The representative even tied the shoe laces for me. No one does that anymore! It was such a pleasant experience. I recommend Fleet Feet in Laguna Niguel.
