Had a print custom framed there. She did a great job, and it didn’t take long at all. A little more expensive than what I expected, but it came out just like I wanted.

Employee helped me find what I was looking for. She took me right to the item and pointed out it was 50% off. I didn't notice the sale and I wouldn't have purchased it.
Cashier greeted us and was friendly and welcoming.

The local Asheville store went out of their way to help after I encountered an issue with an online order. The problem was not even the Asheville store's issue to fix -- it was an issue that came up with an order on the Michaels website. Even so, and during the busy Black Friday event, Trysh from the River Hills Rd. location jumped in to help and made it right. She found the frame I originally wanted and coordinated everything so I could pick up the item the same day. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

Very clean place to shop with customer service who are happy to assist you. The store has a nice variety of crafting supplies, picture frames, artificial flowers and much, much more. Order online and pick up in store or on curbside. Its a very nice place to shop.

Went for a paint pouring class. It was cancelled but the manager Janet was amazing. She discounted everything and printed the instructions but also went through the store with me and another nice lady and helped us decide on everything we wanted then rang us up later. Even gave us free canvases. I've gotten plenty of coupons to use, free money vouchers, and the store is always stocked and clean. The people are helpful and do everything they can to make your visit the best.

Went there today and Kodi was so nice and lovely. Place was organized and clean and I found everything I needed :)

This is a wonderful place to shop especially if you love to craft. I found everything I need. I was shocked at how much the price of the things I needed had increased.

Good old Michaels. Haven't been here in a while, never in this location. Good selection, tons of different hobbies to collect stuff for. They have a lot more on their website too!

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and the store well stocked and clean. The parking outside is plentiful and the bathrooms are clean. You can usually catch really good sales here! If I had one complaint they told me they didn't carry polymer clay. For how little shelf space it consumes I wish they did.

I’m a Michael’s fan. I purchase there monthly for my crafting needs and I love their rewards program. It saves me money and keeps me coming back to find more supplies. Extensive collection of beads, unique and unusual which is what I prefer.

Awesome store great prices very nice staff. Had everything I was looking for and more . Great selection.of Christmas crafts. Kids wanted to make homemade orataments this year and they have all types and kind of things to make your own. My kids and my self was very happy about our visit.

They had all three DMC flosses my wife needed for her cross-stitch. I was in found them and out in less than 5 minutes. Win!
