The one and only shop that will thoroughly walk you through getting a new mod, or any problems you might have. Don't go anywhere else, this is were you need to go. Extremely wonderful people work here. Please stop by and see for yourself all the wonderful flavors they have to offer.

Don't usually give 5 stars but this place deserved it! The owner right away engaged with me when I enter the store and gave me a good welcome. He was very informative with products and service. I was window shopping but it felt good doing business with an owner who cares about his customers just as he cares about his business. Highly recommend!

This shop has the best customer service ever. I called right before they closed and had been to 5 shops before I found this hidden gem. The kind gentlemen and young lady told me over the phone that they would stay open till I got there! I live all the way by the 101 and 85 interchange on the Southside so it takes about 20 min from where I live to get there. When I walked in they were so kind and friendly to me and my father. They we're not irritated at all that I was "that guy" walking in right before it was time to go home. Even though this was my first time here, they treated me like I had been coming there for years (cracking jokes like family does at a dinner table). The vibe in the shop reminds me of an old fashioned speakeasy and has a ton of merchandise. The best part was you could tell both employee's genuinely LIKE their job and I love that! I highly recommend this shop,. If you haven't checked it out you should! I promise you won't be won't regret that you did! 10 out of 10 Overall customer experience! 5 Star establishment hands down!!!!

I live about 300 feet from this shop, so super convenient right off the bat. The employees are super professional and always seem happy to assist me. The interior of the shop is very unique and pleasant to be in. The selection of Mods are displayed very nicely and I almost always spend more money than I originally wanted to due to the nice and frequently updated selection of products.
Sometimes the employees will hook it up for their loyal customers, getting the club discount card is so worth it!

This is a great shop went in to check it out with a couple buddies. We were given excellent customer service by the owner Mario, great guy very helpful. He was very knowledgeable. I gave him my flavor profile and he was able to recommend a bunch of different juices for me to try which I ended up buying. Good selection great staff I will definitely be back

This dude is the best. I came into tonight and I’ve been coming for a while and every time the guy that owns the place is awesome. Tonight I tried a new vape I’ve never tried and instantly turned around to buy a different one cuz I just didn’t like it at all. So I was planning on just biting the bullet and buying a different flavor. But Mario didn’t let me pay and with no hesitation just popped out a different one and wouldn’t let me pay. That’s why I don’t go anywhere else. Wasn’t expecting it and that’s great customer service and why I will continue to support him. As everyone else should do the same.

Highly recommend! After shopping around a few places in San Jose these guys are definitely the best. Never make you feel like you just walked into someone's private party and you're inconveniencing them, and they're always super friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. Clean and cozy atmosphere, good selection.

I've been to many vape shops but they pail in comparison to the friendly staff and owners. I have become a regular and it's a great place to go in and relax before my long commute home. Great prices and selection of juices and hardware. I highly recommend this shop. Cam and Wilson are friendly and knowledgeable, and are always able to answer any questions I have.

Great customer service, prices, and selection. I came in new to vaping and the owner Mario answered all my questions and guided me through the different aspects. I had bought a starter kit from a different company online which was not the best. He showed me the options to upgrade what I had without needing to buy a whole new rig. This is my new spot for all my vaping needs and I will definitely be returning for a new setup when the time is right. Great place!

I don't know where to start. The first time I came in I met Mario and he was very welcoming. I bought an rta and he even threw in cotton and 2 coils so I can get vaping right away. I left the place feeling like I was a long time customer. Customer service is top notch. This place is just amazing! Usually when I go to places looking for new juice I am showed the same ones over and over again. This is not the case here! Every time I come in I ask Mario what kind of fruit menthol juices does he have, and he brings several juices to the counter and lets me and my girlfriend test them out. If we're not blown away by any of them, he brings even more for us to test out! And each time I come back he never shows us the same juices. I have never been disappointed here! They have a great variety of e-juice! Stop by if you guys haven't already. You won't regret it! Thanks Mario, your shop is amazing! I look forward to continue giving you business and supporting your shop.

i moved here from the east coast not too long ago, needed a new smoke shop so i googled what was near me. i have never been more thankful for a google search, lmao. they always have a good selection at good prices & everybody that works there is super nice. open a good amount of the day, too. wont be making that google search again unless y’all close for good

This shop has the widest variety of flavors in town and they re-stock often. Get a club card, earn points and earn $$. Every member of their team is awesome, incredibly patient and helpful -Mario especially!

everyone is friendly and helpful. Great selections on Juices and mods. Been to other vape shops where I have to ask for help or stand around for like 5-10mins but this shop is Definitely the place to shop. Very friendly and helpful on suggesting a flavor when you cant pick one out. Definitely recommend this place

I usually order all of my vape products online from reputable vendors as their prices and deals for all items are simply far cheaper than any retail shops can reasonably offer. That being said, the few times I actually do go to a local shop is when I wait too long to order my batch of juices and need something to hold me up until my order gets delivered, even if that means spending $25+ for just one 60ml bottle.

I give huge props to David, if I recall correctly was his name, as I realized I had run out completely of juice around 11:40PM and when I called to ask if he'd be willing to accommodate me after closing hours (12PM), he readily assured me that it was no problem at all. I had arrived at the location at around 12:10, and it was quite clear that he was all ready to close shop and go home.

Nonetheless, he offered some recommendations for some creamy dessert flavors as I've been almost exclusively a fruity/candy lover, and wanted to try something new, especially since I'm interested in purchasing a squonker very soon. He even took more time out to answer some of my questions with recommendations regarding which squonker to look into as well and I'd like to think we had a nice chat.

Almost immediately, I only had to try two juices he lined up before I decided to go with the RNR White line Mystery blend. It's savory and very tasty in my Dead Rabbit ontop a VooPoo Drag at even a pretty high resistance build. Gonna slap on some dual fused Claptons for a higher wattage build and see just how much more pronounced those savory notes pop right now!

Awesome service, and I'm definitely keeping this location on my favorite list to make sure it's the first place I see whenever I forget to order my juice again or simply want to get a first hand look at new products in person.
