Spirito's Italian Grocery

WOW what a gem this place is! We were visiting the area for our daughters dance competition and walked in to this delicious store while exploring. We could not help but buy a lot of prepared frozen food and some fresh food as well. My mother and father in-law were meeting us for lunch (my father in-law is Italian). We told them they had to check this place out. We stopped back in on the way to see my daughter dance. 5 minutes after walking in I got word that we had to rush to see my daughter dance as the schedule had changed. This place closes at 2:00pm and we would not have time to make it back before then. I truly believe my father in-laws heart was broken. We called and told them about the situation and asked if the would consider staying open just a bit later so we could make it back and the agreed to. We went back and bought tons of their delicious deli meats amongst over things. We will definitely return!

Been coming to this Italian grocery for many years, and I love their sub sammiches they prepare for you. The staff is friendly, and the deli selection is a nice spread.

I love stopping in around lunchtime for their premade Italian sub. The spread makes it stand out as one of the best local sandwiches in Collinsville!

Lots of good things. My daughter took me there and we both got Sammy's to go. They were delicious. We could have only got one and split it. Huge sandwich

Wonderful Italian deli and market. Great meats and cheeses in the deli. Plus, sauce and pasta that you cannot buy in a regular grocery store.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Solid sandwiches which are huge for 8 bucks! Many made in house frozen pasts and sauce, can't wait to try them.

Love this place. I usually go for their sandwiches. They are awesome. They also have entrees made up and all you have to do is pop them in the oven. So do good. A great place to walk around and see what they have. I recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic! Everything we've gotten from Spiritos is delicious. Just tried their new take and bake meals. Meat lasagna and cheesy alfredo dinner were great and easy to make. Love their sandwiches

I absolutely love the Italian sub sandwiches that they make as well as the wide variety of spices and oils available. There are wonderful desserts and snacks. This little place offers a lot of great items! Whether you are looking for Italian seasonings or fresh food to take home, they have a little bit of everything for everyone.

I love there pre-made Italian subs! They have quality Italian meats and cheeses to select from in their Deli.

Amazing store that we are so lucky to have in town. Such a great variety of Italian goodies, the olives, meats, cheeses, lasagnas and the Italian sub sandwiches are amazing. Not to mention very friendly inviting employees.

They have a great Spirito’s sub sandwich, made daily (they sell out everyday by around 2pm, which shows you how popular they are).

They sell items like cannoli and Italian sodas and muffuletta, which I get sometimes. I go there for the sandwiches and the mortadella at the deli counter, which is one of my wife’s favorites.

You’ll be glad you came.

It has a wide variety of Italian pasta, cookies, condiments, canned tomato items. I have been advised that they buy their Italian sausage from Chicago and have tested many. Happy to give that a try the next time I'm in Collinsville.

The Amish cheese 🧀, tortellini and mini meatballs helped me build a delicious dinner of grilled cheese and soup that was a hit with everyone in my family.

I didn't want to leave, it smelled so good inside. Lots of Italian items, lots of varieties of olives, cheese and lunch meat, fresh bread. Nice, friendly, helpful staff.
