I had a pair of old worn docs polished and they looked like new again! I wish I had a before photo of the docs. I’ve also bought 2 pair of work boots and was very happy with my purchases!

Soooo I stumbled upon this place thanks to google after weeks of unsuccessful boot shopping. My feet are little ( 4 in men’s 😣 ) so I have a very hard time finding things that fit and are durable for work. Long story short, everyone in here was GREAT!! Nicole helped me find what something to fit my needs and I received a very unexpected (and needed) discount! I left crying happy tears! Not too many places/people willing to help these days. What a wonderful experience! I’m telling everyone I know!

This shop is a gem! We recently had two pairs of old cowboy boots cleaned up and the service was awesome. They care for their work and their customers. I’m thankful for this business!

Louis at London Shoe Shop fixed my Wolverine boots. He swapped hook eyelets for round ones, and secured the tongues. Boots are improved. Grateful for the service. Ready for more miles. $18, fair price. Would've paid more.

I had never heard of this store until my hubby needed work shoes and was told to go here. they we're very nice and knowledgeable. They had him in a new pair of shoes in less than 15 min. And we were on our way. I was impressed. Will definitely be going back. Thanks guys for being so helpful and nice!

My new employer isn't very specific or clear on anything. So of coarse I did not buy the right boot the first time I was here. I wore them once on the job, and thought there would be no way they would take them back. I brought them in just in case, I was wrong they took them back no problem. They helped me yet a again find a pair of boots I liked, and they made sure they were the right pair for my situation. Great employees and a great store.

I came in to see if I could get my boots stretched on Wednesday and was told by Louis that shouldn’t be a problem. Told me they would be ready by Saturday and if I came in before noon Louis would still be there. I went to get my boots, tried them on to make sure they fit. They fit perfectly I was so excited my Frye boots fit me. He complimented my boots and told me how to take care them told me to not wear them in nasty weather because the chemicals will discolor them. I would recommend this shop to anyone. And I will definitely be back!

Took my pair of running shoes in this summer for a repair and they are still working well today after a lot of use! I love this store…best shoe store service on the planet. Happy holidays!!!!

I took two pairs of shoes for repair —one needed to be restitched and the other reheeled. Very friendly service, and my shoes were finished when promised and look great.

Great shop, they do good repair work, and they are very accommodating. I have a wide foot, and I have trouble finding shoes that actually fit my foot. They ordered me a pair, and didn't require me to pay first, like most places do. They even offer lay-away. The boots they ordered for me were over $150, so that was a very good thing.

They are always helpful, and super nice. They go the extra mile to get you the proper fit boots.

Felt like I took a step back in time. The selection, smell, service, clean & answered all the questions I had without referencing through a catalog. Even excepted a military discount. "Bought 2 pairs of Red Wing boots". Well worth your stop. 2 Thumbs Up!!

Very knowledgeable staff helped me find the workboots i wanted. The have a good selection and they will order for you if they dont have your style/size in stock. Prices seemed competitive. This is the third pair of boots i have purchased at London Shoe, replacing the first pair i bought there yaers ago and have since had resoled, which they do in-house. I will be a lifetime customer.

Took my Ariat boots in for repair as the bottom of the heels were coming off. For $30 they re-heeled the boots with quality heels, and I was surprised when I got them back to find they had also cleaned them up and conditioned the leather for no extra charge. Very good service for a very fair price, it's nice to have a place like this around.

I had three repairs to my ankle/foot. I went to London for a pair of work shoes that would fit over an ankle brace. The sales lady was extremely helpful. She even helped me with the brace. I will go back for additional shoes when my brace is no longer needed.

Hands down, the best customer service! Went there today for my grandmother and they were able to help her with tightening the straps on her shoes instead of pushing her to buy new ones. Shop local, stay local! Thanks London Shoe Shop!

London Shoes makes the best orthotic shoe inserts. My knees were hurting over 10 years. After these new inserts, I was able to walk for months in Africa without any problems! Wonderful! I highly recommend this shoe store.
