The Super Vacuum Store

I took my vacuum in for repair and had it back within 2 hours! They were able to fix my problem without having to repair the whole head of the vacuum. I also needed to replace the hose and was expecting to have to buy a new one, but they had a great used one for half the price!
Great and super fast service! I highly recommend them!

I am not sure of the owners name in the east rochester store. But I think she deserves some recognition for the great custumer service she provides. I purchased my vacuum from her prior to covid and she set me up with a perfect machine for my needs and has kept me supplied with all I could need to keep it
functioning as it should. I had to have a piece replaced and she handled the warranty quickly with zero hassle for me and no down time...I walked out the door minutes after walking in with what I needed in hand..fully warranteed. I could not reccomend this store highly enough.

Jen is awesome! I brought in my Oxygen vacuum cleaner for repair. She immediately figured out what was wrong. She called me the next day to say it was ready. And the bill was very reasonable. I had visited the store previously when I had issues with the wand. She showed me what I was doing wrong. And also explained about a filter I didn't realize was IN this model. I will continue to use this store for all my vacuum needs!

I ran out of vac bags for an older Oreck upright that I have. I planned on looking for a local place just because I like to avoid the big box stores. So I googled “Oreck vacuum bags“ just to see who has them and NONE of the big box stores carry the ones I need. Super Vacuums was listed and so I called. J Immediately picked up when I called and indeed they had the CC style bags I was looking for.

J was great when I had a special request for curbside pickup and was very nice. Thank you J!

I also had a question about a special part for a central vac system and she offered to order it for me and I will be calling when I want to take on replacing that part.

Drew was fantastic. I have had many vacuums over the years and haven't been 100% happy with any of them. He showed me the Miele and I am SOLD. I can't wait to take it home and use it. Every question I had was answered fully , every detail about the vacuum was explained and demonstrated, and he was so patient with my many questions. I would highly recommend super vacuum for all of your vacuum needs.

I've gone to Super Vacuum for a few years to buy hard-to-find bags and filters for an old vacuum. When its motor died, I went there to look at vacuums. The staff did a great job of showing me different models, letting me try them out, and patiently answering my questions. They didn't try to pressure me into buying when I said I wanted to do more research, and my research convinced me to buy a Miele. I really like the Miele I bought at Super Vacuum. Best of all, Super Vacuum has a very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

A+ service. Took my Dysen in today thinking I wouldn't get it back until next week. To my surprise, the knowledgeable lady was able to put in two new parts and in less than 20 minutes were were able to leave with our cleaner. Would suggest this service to anyone needing repairs. Very happy customer.

Bought a Miele upright here; excellent experience. Derek was friendly and informative without being at all pushy, and they had the model I was interested in all set up to try. Recommended!

Great customer service! Our vacuum didn’t seem to be acting right when we got it home, called Jen and she told us what to do. She even called us to make sure it was okay. I’m very impressed with her. The vacuum is better than it was but still isn’t the same as it was when it was new. It might be our very thick new carpet. Maybe as the new fibers disappear the vacuum will per form easier. Anyway, thanks Jen, you really made us feel important.

This is the only vac store around now- they were fast. The cashier quoted me before he even looked at my vacuum- and was about 25 dollars over. And they stuck a sticker that won't come off on the side, without asking........
