A store where shopping is a pure pleasure! Everything is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. The cleanliness is incredible - you won't find toilets as clean as these in any other store! And the mobile application deserves all the praise: not only can you find a specific product (in a particular store!), but you can also locate which aisle it's in and check its current availability! In the same app, you can easily process returns and view your purchase history, both in-store and online.

The staff is always friendly and ready to assist. There's a large free parking area, which is a great convenience for customers.

To add to this review: I took the survey that the store sends out after I got home. I said what I wrote below and also wrote that the BEST BY date on the buttermilk I brought was this same day and it would cost me more in gas to take it back the carton itself. I was shocked an hour later to get an email an hour later with an apology, a promise to have the department head check the dates more carefully and the names of the three managers who would give me a fresh bottle the next time I came in!
This place is really "more than a pretty face" in their TV ads. I am blown away with the service.
To add to this review: today I phoned 3 stores for WD-40 and got absurd answers. I phoned TARGET and could only connect with electronics. The guy checked the product, told me there were 20 on the shelf and I went and bought it. This ALONE would make me love the store. But all the other reasons are below.

Adding another couple of trips to this experience, and unlike other stores, the staff here seems to be just as friendly, upbeat and ready to serve!

It just gets better. Instant help at the self check out and an answer to my obsession with recycling - recycle bins. They would not make pick-up (and return when necessary) of product.

Two years ago I wrote: A big, beautiful store with friendly service. Last I wrote that when I called the online customer service to ask if a pharmacy product was in, I was surprised to hear from a young lady on the phone that it was in; that they were holding it for me at the service counter and to ask for the online price. Wow.

I have to give another 5 star update, 3 years later. Thank you, Guest Services!

The store was nice and clean the only bad thing is parking because it's always very busy in here not like in other states like Kansas our last duty station

On a recent visit to the Culver City Target I had a very positive experience. Friendly service from being greeted to check out. I’ll go back to this location.

Drive up/ pick up was super fast and easy. Pricing similar to Amazon but products are available in-store for pickup within hours of ordering...ordering items online for pickup or drive up makes party prepping or gift shopping less stressful, quick, and simple.

Shop here whenever passing by. No complaints. Everything you need under one roof. Love it.

Very well maintained amd managed, run in excellence, they really stay busy and do thier job accurately, they care about their customers they are kind n friendly and i love coming to this store better even tho there is one closer to me, its just not professional, friendly, or as clean as this store.

Quick and Fast Service and found all I needed.

I've been going to this Target location for a while now and they are consistent in their customer service, stocked merchandise and keeping their store clean. Everyone I've interacted with was always helpful and friendly. I normally don't have to wait long for order pick ups (in-store and drive-up) and checking out.

Returning an item to Target was quick and easy. I came over prepared with documentation because I didn’t have my receipt. Turns out all I needed was the card I used to purchase it. Easy peasy!

I had a wonderful shopping experience at Target in Culver City. A cashier named, Denise, rang up my order-- Melitta coffee filters and a six-pack of Pur pitcher water filters. Then I realized I left my Target Red card at home. Denise voided the transaction saying she would keep the merchandise & $2.00 Pur coupon at her station until I went home & got the card. Thirty minutes later when I returned Denise was working in the self-checkout section. She recognized me entering the store, retrieved items and quickly processed the sale in self-checkout. Denise was very professional and pleasant. Her disposition completing the transaction made me feel like a valuable Target customer.

If your looking for a pharmacy and pharmacist that will offer great Customer service then you should consider this location😀! I have been coming here for years and the service has gotten better and better. It may seem like you would have to go out of your way to get here but, it’s rather easy. I park at the top, bop in get what I need and bop out! Easy💁🏽‍♀! Short lines and efficient service cuts out so much frustrating lag time that some of the other locations have. Do yourself a favor and go straight for quality service and a Pharmacist that takes the time and effort to learn your name😊! FYI, Grace is my favorite but every single employee here is amazing and offers the same level of care.
