Party City

Love this place! I always make my orders from this store for Eid and Ramadan decorations and any other special occasions. They have several different types of party themes for all occasions. I pick up prepaid orders from here all the time. Staff and customer service are awesome. Very fun store to shop from. Store location is convenient since you could take care of all of your shopping needs in one location. Plenty of parking space!

I purchased balloons for my daughters birthday for pick up 3/28! Her birthday was 3/29 and was so excited to have our place filled with balloons that morning ! I thought they closed at 9 and was there 8:26 night before and doors were locked! I called and Jessica opened the door and let me have the balloons! I was in tears and so happy! Chris , yanira and Jessica went above and beyond ! Quentiva was amazing too! They went above and beyond ! We are huge fans and will always be back! I talked to Chris again when picked up more balloons for actual party and couldn’t thank them enough for exceptional service! Huge fans of party city! My daughter was so happy for her 5th birthday !

Always love visiting Party City from Fall to Spring 🤗 This one was organized, but we did have a long wait to pay. Can't wait to return for Halloween costumes and more decorations. Got to see MM 🎃🔪 and picked up some Fall decorations as well.

This is a nice clean party city with friendly work staff they had the perfect birthday decorations for my soon to be 15 year old were doing a Hollywood theme they also had other good birthday decorations and balloons I highly recommend coming here plus we will be coming back here more often

Party City! Be careful with spending when you go here. Its not about the pricing of anything but they sell great items for parties. This is my happy place whenever I am planning an event. I bought Gold chocolates, sugar suckers and small pieces of candy. I still would like to buy a bubble machine.

The customer service is great. They answered all of our questions.

We come here every once in a while for Halloween or other party supplies but we had such a great experience today, I felt compelled to write a review. We got a bunch of graduation balloons for a party here. The person behind the register totally helped us out with what balloons will look good and what a good mix of balloons might be. They had the balloons on time and easy pickup. We went home and put them up and while putting them up, one of our balloons, a number 1, flew away. We called the store and they were kind enough to replace it and help us out so our photo display would not say 202, but 2021. Thank you party city, you saved our daughters graduation party.

This was my first time at this location and I ordered balloons for my sons birthday. Within a few hours the helium balloons deflated. I called the store and spoke to a very kind associate Elis and explained to her the situation. She said I could bring the balloons back and have them inflated again. I came back the next day and they kindly replaced them all. I had an amazing customer service from the team and they made his birthday perfect. So thank you to the team and for being so kind and understanding. Not many stores do that and this one does.

Kenneth and Chris went above and beyond the job, helping me with my daughters balloons. Very respectful, order was on time, and they both were very patient with each customer. The culver city location is nice

I needed to find a last minute costume on the day of an event I was attending and wasn't expecting to have any luck. I called around to 4 local stores looking for the Adult Flapper Dress in black, and was able to find it at the Culver City, CA store. They put it on hold for me, and I went to pick it up an hour later. The staff had it set aside for me, and were very helpful with choosing and locating accessories and completing my purchase. In addition, the costume was a great fit, well made and comfortable, and reasonably priced.

I needed some party supplies, I was in a hurry. I did a Google search and found this one. They were fully stocked. I was able to find everything I needed and more. It was more expensive than most places, however it was easy, no line, lots of parking on a shared parking lot.
I was able to do one stop shopping in a timely manner (no stress)

Just had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere in A LONG time here. Long story short, just went in to return a few items and was met by ERICK. The guy KILLED it. I’ve been doing customer service myself for over 20 years, and this young man did it right. Greeted me kindly and proceeded to help me with a ballon delivery that I had NO IDEA was even available. Saved me from buying a disposable helium tank and a bunch of unnecessary nonsense, also ended up saving me over $50 bucks. Now instead of trying to blow up balloons at the house and trying to hide it, they’re all getting delivered WITH high flow helium in a protective bag along with a weight. He gave me a small customer service discount too since the whole service wasn’t offered to me or even mentioned the day before. ERICK did a great job. Thanks

Always a party in this store for any occasion. Any!!! It's a great feeling seeing large balloon's , party settings I love this place. After going thru this Covid-19 mess. It's a great place to pull your mood back up and celebrate life.

Morgan was so kind and helpful when I was running late to pick up a friend from LAX. He went above and beyond to help me with some balloons. Beyond that, he was just a cheery soul, which is much appreciated in these times. Thank you, Morgan!
