Ralphs Fresh Fare

Not every place has its "stuff" together all the time. I work retail. I get it.Tonight, 9-25-23, I had a order to pick up after work. The pick up team was running behind. I recieved a call about it. No problem. Ended up little later than anticipated BUT there was only 1 person working. One. And had multiple orders at once. I'm not mad at all. In fact another off duty worker came on just to help the other person out! Not only is that service but that is the definition of teamwork. I hope these 2 ladies have a wonderful night, hectic as it was. I don't know you all, but I hope you both see this and I hope they give you both a raise or bonus. Thank you for your hard work.

This Ralphs is a neighborhood gem! It's enormous, offering a selection that outshines other nearby stores. Plus, the staff here are real lifesavers. Lost my phone and they went the extra mile to help me find it. Best store in the area, hands down!

Nice staff at this store who really care about your purchase. It's fast and easy to get through (just don't go from 4:30 - 5:30 on any weekday haha!)

The cleanliness and neatness really appeals to me. I have shopped here for years. The upgrade make me think I'm in a new store! You can always find a bargain. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Some Have worked there for a long time and feel like family! I Will always make Ralph's Raintree my main store to shop!

This five star review is mainly for the customer service here! I came here super tired after work and was feeling stressed about cooking dinner later. Tyler (with the green hair) at the fresh meat and fish section literally made my day!!! He offered me some fried tilapia samples, told me about the spices that were used, and also let me know that they fry our fish for us at no extra charge! That really blew my mind because I had no idea that such a service existed! Lifted all that stress I was feeling about cooking later. Tyler has exceptional customer service, and the ladies who bagged my groceries were super friendly too! Now THIS is what makes customers happy and brings them back :D

BEST RALPHS IN THE AREA ... just sayin.
I've been coming here for years and there is a reason. It's the only Ralph's in the area with such a large chilled single drink section. It also is a nice in-between for if you're not quite a Wal-Mart grocery shopper but not quite Whole Foods either. Its that nice in-between store for when you eat vegan ice cream but still drink cola.

There's also a Starbucks with more of a variety in cups than other stand alone locations.

I'm writing this review because Stanton is THE cheese man. I live within walking distance from another Ralphs, but ever since I stopped by this one because mine was out of an ingredient it's become my preferred location. It has better inventory across the board, a cheese guru in the dairy dept and kind folks creating a nice environment at the checkout counters. Stanton does a great job curating a varied selection of cheeses and accompaniments and I always end up leaving with 2-3 more jams, spreads, cheeses or crackers than I mean to and I NEVER regret it! I hesitate to write this because I don't want anyone eating up all the good cheese, but I've gotta give props for great service. My only complaint is they may need more stockist - often the shelf label will say "out of stock" even if the item IS on the shelves which can make it hard to determine what the price is. The produce dept is also pretty popular but there's usually always someone trying to replenish the shelves so you can do a lap and come back for what was missing.

It is my absolutely favorite supermarket to do my weekly shopping! The employees are super-friendly and extremely helpful! One of the sales managers, Mike, always greets me by my name and goes above and beyond to solve any problem or concern I may have! He truly is an amazing manager!

This Ralph store is the best! The employees are so helphful. They make it so personal and pleasant to go there. It's like family,yet they are personal. I just love Victoria and Tami. Robert is amazing as well. I love the cashiers. I have gone to other stores, but it not the same!!

My personal favorite grocery store. Nice checkers, good selection in most sections, and lots of things are usually on sale. Nice selection off gluten free stuff, too, and I like the produce. Parking isn't great but it's okay.

This is a fantastic location. Tons of parking. Friendly staff are always helpful. The store is clean and has an always expanding selection. The house-made foods like guacamole, chicken and sushi are great options when you don't have time to cook from scratch. The wine selection is good and they always have specials if you buy 6 bottles. Their Organic produce is always nice. They seem to always be increasing their selection of new Organic, non-GMO, Gluten Free and other special types and healthy foods.

I like this Ralph's hwever people PLZ stop posting photos of random people instead of Ralph's, their products, etc = ain't nobody wanting to see yall, GROW UP🤨‼ When I or someone else is scrolling thru the photos, it's super stupid to see photos not relating to the place/business, products, people who work there, etc🤨🤨‼ Ur kids have nothing to do with this Ralph's, boy wearing a scarf over his face = the funk🤨?! IdgaD who it is or wat, POST photos of businesses/places, products, etc ONLY👋🤨

This a very supplied, clean market. Fair prices & always good sales. I like they actually have a meat butcher & fresh meats! Everyone I encountered that worked there (on Jefferson/Culver City) were very helpful & made you feel welcome!

There are hot and cold food even bakery and seafood trays ready to eat check it out...👌

This is the only Ralphs that carries vegetarian and vegan items. It's a shame that more Ralphs don't carry or stock organic, plant based, soy and wheat free products. I enjoy shopping at this location sales associates are extremely helpful, courteous, there's always more than two registers and self-checkouts open/available. I drive 6.9 miles (25 mins)to this location. I don't mind doing so at least once or twice weekly.

My favorite Ralph's store ever! Staff very friendly, good sales & markdown. Love the renovation.
Very close to where I live. Beats Vons for sure. This store do their best to avoid lines.

So much better than the one on Rodeo and La Brea.. It smelled like Christmas in the air of the store.. Everything was well stocked and maintained.. The store was fuller than the other one I usually shop at.. I think I will be going out my way to shop at this one from now on.

love this Ralph’s store. product quality and prices cannot be beat. Personnel is attentive, helpful and always super nice. Pavilions is right around the corner from me!

This is a smaller store,which I like.it is well stocked ,the employees are helpful. They have very fresh vegetables, and a good selection of international foods. They are service dog friendly ♿
