Ordered a bunch of gear for my kids as part of the school fundraiser. Win win as it gave us back to school clothes that supported the school. Team at 24/7 did a great job on the clothing. It is beautiful and they went above and beyond to get it to my kiddos for their first day of school. What a treat in a year that has had so many challenges. So thankful for this great local business! Will be coming back for more!

Nice friendly family run business. They responded to my emails quickly and adjusted my order.

Slow, they like to blame things on everyone but themselves for not meeting deadlines or expectations. Truth is, I have ordered team apparel a lot from other reps and they extend themselves to meet expectations instead of giving constant excuses. Example, other reps will drive product to needed destination instead of relying on couriers, if their stitcher/screener won’t make their deadline then they find another one. If there’s a supply issue they’re on the horn letting you know the delays or what is available now. If all else fails, they offer cash back, with the hopes to have you back and to say that they’re sorry that expectations were not met, no matter the reasons. This is a company who has been making too much money off their clients and is now putting minimal effort into service. Do not use with the vast options out there. Excuses and not meeting expectations should nit be rewarded with profits of new business. They make no effort at compensating their poor service.
