I recently discovered this shop on line and decided I need to go in person and have a look. What an amazing boutique! I saw a lot of unique things! I walked around and around and looked at absolutely everything! I saw a number of items I have never seen before. I love the large selection. They have everything from baby equipment, to clothes, to books, to shoes, to toys, to baby bed products. And probably some items I missed! I will definitely go back!

My husband and I decided to visit Pacifer in hopes that someone would be able to help us navigate the complexities of choosing the right car seat for our expected newborn and we are SO GLAD we did! Egle was so amazing to work with! She demonstrated all the various models and talked through all the pros and cons. We left not only with a car seat and stroller system, but feeling like we had made a very informed decision. We would 100% recommend stopping by Pacifer for any of your baby/toddler needs! What a great baby boutique!! We love coming here. Everyone is always super friendly, willing to explain anything and no one is pushy. Great selection of quality toys, gear, clothes and accessories.
They usually have the same (or better) promotions on items than on the item brands website so you are not missing out on any deals and you can see and try on the item before you buy. I just wish they would go up higher in kids sizes as my oldest kids are outgrowing their current largest size 6 😉.

Strollers and car seats are overwhelming, especially when you get into intercompatibility and adaptors, etc. We had a trip coming up and we’re really struggling with how to make it work with the stroller we already have and the whole team there was super helpful, but in particular, Egle, is an absolute gem. She takes the time to really help. She went the extra mile for me like five times. I think it’s her default setting. She very clearly truly cares. It’s also just an awesome store. Smart, curated kids’ stuff. I’m a fan.

Okay so, my fiancé and I love this store, they carry all the specialty bamboo clothing and recycled toys that our son needs and loves… unfortunately the recent bout of customer service really made me reconsider their business practices. So it all starts on a crummy Saturday we’re celebrating her birthday and mothers day with an array of activities, one of them included stopping at the Minneapolis store to see the Veer XL wagon and we only saw the smaller one and asked if they had the XL, the worker was very helpful reviewing the wagon with us and said “we have it at the Wayzata location” (so I’m not sure if there was a miscommunication or what here but we were ready to buy this wagon, and it’s no small price tag if you’ve seen them.) So, we head out to another city to check it out and buy it. When we arrive, there it is.. the Cadillac of strollers ready to be plucked from the store and used for our son and future kids to come. Then the worker says, well it’s not in stock here but it’s at our warehouse and you can come back and get it on Monday. *So fun fact about me, If I’m spending nearly $1000 I want it now, impulse instant gratification.. if I wanted to wait I’d order it on Amazon or from the Veer website.* anyways I ask if I can purchase the floor model, not asking for any discounts or royalties. I wanted to leave with it. We waited and she called her supervisor, talked for a little bit and said nope… but you can come get it on Monday or shipped to your house for $30. No explanation on why I couldn’t take the floor model, I’m pretty sure they could have gotten another floor model from their warehouse over night if they were worried about not having a display for Sunday(even tho the Mpls didn’t have the 4 seater display anyway). My only complaint is, now that I can’t have it now what’s stopping me from purchasing from Amazon, same price, free shipping and both of them will not give me instant gratification. I would have taken the floor model without batting an eye, we did just drive from Minneapolis to Wayzata to see it and purchase it. It’s not like we drove over there for a different size of onesie, we drove to look at and buy a $799 wagon plus other accessories… overall not the most satisfied, I really wish it would have been handled differently. Some of you may think I’m overreacting, but the thing is when I spend money, I want the product now. What’s the purpose of a store front (and driving to the next one) if I just have to order it anyway. I’d much rather support a locally owned small business but if they’re saying you have to wait AND pay for shipping or come drive to get it, instead of purchasing the model there after driving across town…why wouldn’t I use Amazon? In all honesty I’m just disappointed..
