Very helpful, friendly, positive experience. Made a difficult time during the holidays much easier. Can't thank them enough. Highly recommend this location.

Our wait was not too long but when our turn came we were welcomed as if we were the only people in the world.
"Vainy" is amazing and a perfect example of how to provide outstanding customer service. She worked quickly, all while chatting with us - she exudes "effervescence".
Hopefully her employer will recognize what a true asset "Vainy" is to the business.

I just returned a number of packages from Amazon at the UPS store7530 in Brooksville and for the 2nd time in recent months received extraordinary, friendly and patient customer service from Lyann and viany. Because of their extraordinary service this UPS store, even though is not the closest to my home, this will be the place where I will be doing all my shipping and returns. You can’t go wrong with this location.

Vianne was a ROCK STAR!!! The Amazon automatic printer was malfunctioning and despite having a massive line she helped me with my Amazon returns and bounce back and forth between myself and other customers. She exhibited exemplary customer service.
