Very responsive management. Impressive! I’ve always liked shopping here, ever since I was a little kid. The store was organized nicely and the staff was super friendly. I can always find good deals here.

Absolutely amazing and also great shoe selection as well as clothes. Customer service was a little hasty as it was slightly busy but great location.

Love JCP! Always fresh, new clothing lines! No Yada, Yada! great sales, and don't forget to use your rewards points!

I'm thankful that it's still in The Great Lakes Mall!!! Found a lot of nice things for Christmas gifts!!

A dependable large department store well stocked with a large variety of quality stuff, from clothes to jewelry to mattresses. It's so great to be able to see and pickup an item before making a decision to buy it.

It's so sad that malls are beginning to become extinct but it's nice to know that JC Penny is still there to find what we need for all occasions.

Was well stocked. Clean dressing rooms in women's, organized clothes and plenty of stock. Was there for the Friday and Saturday sale and although it was busy and full of people there was a good flow at checkout. Cashier and floor staff were pleasant.

Finally found a decent pair of steel toe shoes. Skechers they're great🤓

Nice store in the Mall. AnAll there staff treats every person like Human Beings. Even if they are having a bad time off work they keep their personal life out of work

My wife got boots and jacket there that are very nice. This is first time ever that my wife bought something first time shopping with me in almost 30 years! Thanks JC Penney

Wanted to do this store at a later time, but I will say this. I think JCPenney is my favorite store their prices are great, and they carry a really big mens and ladies dept.

Great selection and our Switzerland friends found 2 cocktail dresses that they love

I truly love this place. I'm 54 and shipped here since I was in grade school. My kids too. Trendy fashions that they cannot resist either.

A good clothes store, located at the Great Lakes mall! A place where you can see what you are buying verses online shopping. Good selection of men's, women's and children's clothing.
