Publix Super Market at Lanier Commons

Other day I went to the store and looked for bogos. Ended up saving $32. Very recommended

They have a great location and the additional stores surrounding are excellent as well.
All of the staff are pleasant and helpful

Sunday, 09/03/2023 1:35pm: I had the pleasure of waiting in line for Meghan to make my Havana Bold Sub. She and her coworker Mary who was making subs next to her worked very diligently to make every ones' subs. I had been watching Meghan as I waited in line and person after person she greeted them with a smile, and asked how she could help them. It is not easy to keep up the same level of energy and to give everyone that same customer service experience. Meghan is very good at multitasking. She was able to delegate to her team members what was needed in order to make sure the sub line could run efficiently. When it was my turn she greeted me with a smile and was eager to help me. I was able to watch her and Mary next to her create their masterpieces for I and the customer next to me. Although, I was very impressed with their sandwich artistry. I was even more blown away by their top tier customer service even when other customers in line were not very courteous and patient. Roughly five minutes later as I ventured further into the store and I decided to get some sushi. As I picked some out a nice man by the name of Kham (sorry if I misspelled your name) greeted me. He asked me if I wanted him to make me anything and I told him that I was okay. I personally don't want to make employees go out of their way at work but everyone in Publix is always so willing to go above and beyond. He insisted he could make me whatever I wanted him to. I then asked for two poke bowls. He made them very quickly and I could see he took pride in his work by intricately creating the bowls. He even wiped the edges of the bowls like a scene when they're plating the dishes on Chef Gordon Ramsey's Master Chef. He brought the bowls over with a smile and placed them in my hand kart. I thanked him for his hard work as well. While waiting on the Poke balls I was greeted with another friendly smile and conversation by Marquita. She was very friendly as well. I told her that I saw her sweeping the floors and cleaning up behind the lovely ladies making the subs. She wanted to make sure the floor was clean to maintain a clean environment. She was also very concerned with keeping the employees safe by keeping the floors clean. I could tell by the way she swept that floor that she keeps her house just as clean. It was as if she was at home back there. It the gestures of her taking the time to talk to me and to sweep the floor that go along way which shows she cares about the staff. What can I say, I love Publix! People go to Publix for the same reason people go to Chick-fil-A. It's the great food but the even greater customer service you experience while there. Oh yes, my favorite pharmacist was also working today. I don't know her name but I remember her smiling face even over a year later. She's always working hard but never seems to sweat. It is very hard to work in a confined space with other pharmacy techs while wearing a long sleeved white lab coat and staying cool, calm, and collected. She will go down in Publix pharmacy history and be remembered as one of the greatest pharmacist of all time at the Publix at Lanier Commons!

I could not have been happier with my wedding cakes from the bakery. The whole process was made a breeze, and they were delivered in perfect condition and even setup on displays. I had 30 guest and ordered cake for 60, a traditional style tiered cake, the dolce torte, the raspberry bliss, and chocolate ganache, almost an entire sellout. Everyone raved about the cakes. Thank you for making our wedding day,delicious has well as beautiful.

Great job by this Walmart. I customize my birthday cake online this month and it was nice

This super market is only in south east and anything you need they have it including chicken breakfast sandwiches. 😋 When I m GA or south I always like Puplix. 👍

Amazing service and team! Sometimes deli is not able to keep up - but they’re working hard and are just under staffed there. But the overall store is really wonderful

My favorite Publix. They always have what I am looking for whether it is a bakery item, produce, or a preferred soda item. All of these particular items I am generalizing are usually sold out at other locations. Always clean, great staff, even the sushi is solid.

Friendly and helpful staff, great products . The best part is a real person checking you out and bagging your groceries. They will even take them to your car if needed. Only place I shop.

Let me tell you this store and it's employee s are absolutely amazing!!! Went in today and the older gentleman Gregg saw me searching for something and he even asked me what is was looking for!! Such a great guy! He knew exactly what isle and where it all was. Even made a joke with me! I will absolutely come to your store from now on all the time! What a pleasure to go shopping there and the friendliest employees. So clean ! Happy Thanksgiving to everyone there!!!
