There's something for everyone at BnB! The staff are always walking around helping you find exactly what you are looking for! Brought my 13 year old daughter to Christmas shop and like most 13 year olds, she talked the poor cashiers ear off. Although there was a line waiting she listened intently until my daughter was finished telling our family history as if she had all the time in the world!

Great scents, lotions, hand sanitizers, candles and sales. Greeters and organized lines. Please say you're not leaving our Jackson's mall??!

Friendly staff assisted my purchase for a gift. I had to change to a gift card. To assure that the correct scent was achievable. It’s been a minute since I’ve stepped into this store. Wow! Sparkling and inviting. Thank you for assisting me with my purchase. Y’all are just incorrigible; the store was spotless and everything in its place.

Staff is always friendly and attentive. I honestly hate being asked if I appear intent with someone looking and smelling scents to be asked do we need help a million times. But customer service. An this staff is very good! Always kind and helpful and smiling.

Since I suffer from migraines I had the pleasure of spending some time with a beautiful young lady who helped me throughout the store to find the scents that would be good for me, she never got annoyed never looked around as if she had better things to do, thankfully the store was not busy and I did not take away from other customers. We finally found a scent for me, she checked me out and walked me to the store doorway.

Very nice young lady helped us this morning with a soap dispenser we bought that didn’t work. Took great care of us. Thank you.

I love coming here. They always have something for the house and its guaranteed to be available online and shipped to your house. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you get the beat available price. Great!

I went to the semi annual sale. The line was so long my friend suggested he get in line while I shopped. That was unnecessary, though, the lone was long but the staff was efficient! Even though there were a huge amount of other shoppers, we were in and out quickly!

Very friendly staff, clean and we'll organized. Bigger space makes it easier. Just wish fellow shoppers where as friendly as the staff. That's the only reason I'd rather shop online.

I can never spend enough money here. B&BW always has somthing I never knew I was looking for. The staff is always extremely nice and helpful. A great place to shop or just look around.
