Derek Lord, the manager at this store is absolutely wonderful! We were given personal assistance throughout our entire visit! He helped us find exactly what we needed and seemed happy to do it. Had not been to a store in many years due to the hassle of finding someone who honestly seemed to want to help us find what we were looking. Today definitely changed that! Will be back very soon!

I hate having to go change out my phones but Meka at Verizon in Rosewood made this the best experience I've ever had. She was very friendly, made sure she got the best deal for me, and was thorough. I enjoyed talking with her and felt like she really wanted me to enjoy a new cell phone that fit in with my plan and needs. Highly recommend her!

Lindsey went out of her way to help me and I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had today at the Verizon store. Friendly, well spoken, attentive and full of knowledge! I stopped in to the Verizon store with a few issues with my phone. Lindsey was quick to solve my problems and even called the next day to make sure everything was ok. She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and very respectful as well. I know that my husband and I could count on her for help at anytime
we would have a problem. She said we could call her whenever we have a problem.

Derek is an awesome salesman very personable and helpful on a scale of 1-10 I would give him a 9.5 would be a 10 but that might not be believable. I highly recommend him.😀

LINDSIE at Verizon are the BEST. I had a problem coming into the store Verizon and Linsie helped me from the beginning of the process to the very end. I have been a Verizon customer from the time Verizon came on the seen. Well I tried some other Carrie and they sucked for service and I came running back in full range.
