I would really like to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service provided by Roderick. Normally I would do all my business online but due to some unexpected circumstances I couldn't wait for shipping. I live out of state and had to send my daughter to the store alone for a new line, phone and number port. From the start Rodrick took the stress out of the situation. They put me on speaker phone so I could explain what I wanted to do. He patiently listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. He offered up a few recommendations for me to choose from and took it from there. I hung up expecting to get called back with some kind issue. No issues and about an hour later she walked out with everything resolved. I felt inclined to highlight such great service because this has not been my experience at other stores.

This is THE BEST location for T-Mobile products and services. Was helped with setting up 3 lines and having numbers ported over. They know what they're doing here! No issues! Highly recommended. And the store was spotless!

The new store is so nice! We got the same great service from Marsha, Mike and Dimas and met some new friends, Josh and Roderick! This will be my T-Mobile store from now on!

Marsha, Mike and (I forget his name) were SUPER helpful, they went above and beyond to help me when I was in a bind with my old phone breaking and I had a family emergency.
They will have ALL my business at this location from this day forward!!!
We have had some issues with our service in the past, through no fault of theirs, Marsha and Mike always go out of their way to make sure we are well taken care of. As long as this team remains we will stay loyal customers to T-mobile. Thank you guys SO much for always being there for us when we need you!
