Super friendly staff. Very talented airbrush artist. I have memories of getting an airbrushed shirt every time on vacation so I continued the tradition with my children. They did not disappoint! The kids are loving showing off their new hoodies.

If you need a fully customized shirt, this is the place to go! The artist did fantastic job, she blew my mind! And everyone was super nice! Highly recommended

This is what a T-shirt shop should be! My oldest daughter wanted to stop somewhere before heading home to get a souvenir from the trip. We stopped at Shirt World. We walked in and my youngest daughter picked out a shirt to have airbrushed. We were walking around and looking and were asked if we needed any help. I gave my usual response of no thanks, we're just looking right now. However, my wife found a design she liked on a hoodie, but she wanted it on a sweatshirt. We were looking for one, but couldn't find it. I told my wife that I didn't see anything and they overheard us and said that they could make it. Just pick out the color and size of the sweatshirt she wanted. It was done a couple of minutes later. The best customer service and extremely reasonable prices. It's not your typical price-gouging t-shirt shop. If you're looking for a t-shirt/sweatshirt/hoodie/airbrushed shirt or souvenir, stop here!

So very nice! I had been to many other shirt stores along Parkway, I was looking for a toddler & youth shirt to match. The clerk went to the back, brought out two shirts in the sizes I needed, and made them for me. Great Service at a great price!

We always stop in here for some new Smokey Mountain shirts. They have a large selection. And the lady is very nice and helpful. She told me I could choose any shirt or sweatshirt and have any of the prints put on them. So I had 2 sweatshirts made for me, she heat pressed them in just a few minutes while I waited. Prices are good.

We are visitors to the Smoky Mtn area from St. Louis. Checked almost every T-Shirt store in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but couldn't find a more dignified, classy T-Shirt until we found this place. Spoke with the amazing owner who was kind to us and all of her customers. Found other great souvenirs here too. We will be sending all of our family and friends to this store. So glad we found you. I found some beautiful shirts, 3 t-shirts and a long sleeve and only paid $20. They are Hanes 50/50 so they won't shrink. They also has souvenirs galore, great place to shop.

The woman that owns/runs this shop is very friendly and outgoing.She made shirts in our sizes with the designs we wanted on the spot,we said they were hot of the press.If your in the area check them out

Bought two pigeon forge tshirts plenty of merch, just didnt like dtore this whole towns a price rip off its a fat tourist trap pice wize i dont see how locals stand the gauging prices

The lady that did the airbrush work was amazing! Super straight lines and CORRECT on the request unlike the other airbrush shop we went to that looked like a 3 year old designed it..... Definitely a better option than the guy that was slurring and had red eyes...

I brought a spray on shirt..Small tourist store to buy trinkets and souvenirs.. I had an issue with my CC. Being overcharged twice. However the store manager and the owner was very helpful and expedite the process. It was an banking issue but i liked how they handled the situation. They also followed up with me later days.
