I'm from Missouri and I just called this place to see if it was the same Casey's that we have in the Midwest. And customer service was on point. The gentleman was very nice and answered all my questions.

Last Weekend I tried Casey’s brand Gummies and the Slushy I had a good Experience with Casey’s I’m going to give this an A+.

Friendly staff and they had a wide selection of items.

Well this is normally a great store but today we had a Mr who knows with no name tag was very rude when I asked about a eagle and flag statue and how much was it and his rude response was prices are in the bottom and case that is never open was and guy wanted me to grab and pick it up which I didn’t want to do bc it was in the back and I don’t want to break any thing!! Just wish people would be nicer

Nothing against the store, but pump 11 spilled gas all over me, the side of my car and my shoe. It began spilling out before I even got the nozzle in my tank, and no I wasn't squeezing the handle. Please fix.

This station is conveniently located amongst the attractions in Pigeon Forge.

Store is nice and clean. Clerks could be a lot nicer. I was trying to get my bags together and the clerk was already hollering I can help who’s next, she didn’t even give me enough time to get my stuff. And the looks on their faces say I don’t want to be here. But other than that it was a pleasant visit.

Larry the assistant manager gives off very much as if he does not like African Americans. His demeanor is rude and he has underlying tone that is very antagonizing. He is very blatantly rude in the manner of which he responds and my experience in this store reminded me of living in the south and feeling belittled or poked at so that i react. I love visiting pigeon forge but people who act like him make you not want to come
Back. There are managers who do their jobs and follow the rules and make it so things are followed by the law and then there are managers who get a kick out of your frustration and will antagonize you while you are a paying patron in the store they do not own. He needs to be removed from dealing with people because ALOT of African Americans visit here . WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT TO GOOD STOP . I’m glad i was able to keep my calm this interaction could have easily been another irate scene.

Apparently the computers went down, which was no fault of the employees. While waiting however a customer stood there with a cigarette in his mouth, unlite, looking like yesterday's trash. The woman behind us had a HUGE snake on her shoulder. Yes a real one!!! You don't allow dogs so why would you a HUGE snake? We left since I have PTSD from a runin with a 4 ft Timberwood rattler. Pigeon Forge is scary after dark. So glad we moved .

Similar to Leslie's review above, bought contaminated diesel August 6th and have been passed along to too many representatives, their insurance company (EMC) then a month later being told responsibility is on the tanker company, who never replies to anything. Really sucks that it happened on my new truck less than a year old and will be taking a considerable loss trading it in. I feel bad for those that cannot afford the upfront expense to have their vehicle towed or checked out "at their discretion". I was a frequent regular customer there, received much concern and countless apologies from the store employees, but with the poor treatment and lack of empathy at the corporate level and above, I have now stopped going to all Casey's or Good Stop locations.

The $1 drinks is a complete scam. Been going to the same location for 2 weeks and haven't once paid $1 for a drink. The cashier's make excuses, blame it on me, now I'm told it's once a day but I haven't been out until now today. It's nonsense. I'm done shopping here.
