It’s definitely a wonderful place to visit if your interested in any type of tech gear or just want to check out a store better than best buy.

William A was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I went in on Friday 4/12 around lunch time to pick parts for a new gaming PC and William A made it a breeze. He was extremely knowledgeable and got me all the right parts. Also, I left the store at 12:30 on Friday and the PC was built and ready at 5pm on Saturday. Extremely happy with my experience.

I was genuinely pleased with my experience at this Micro Center. The staff at the repair area was super knowledgeable, the front end seemed to have great moral/ attitudes, and the gentlemen in the build it yourself were extremely helpful and saved me money when the item I ordered wasn't actually in stock. Everyone here gets a 10/10, solid A+. The prices alone here are unbeatable as well! I chose to come here instead of shopping online. My only regret is not getting any staff members names because I fully believe in shouting each helpful individual out!

I walked out with better deal then I started out to get because of the salesman. My daughter computer crashed. So we went to buy the individual components to upgrade and get it fix. The salesman that helped us told us of a combo package and we got all the parts at almost half the price. We got motherboard, i9 processor, and 32 giges DDR 5

The staff were great. I was quite impressed with the Dell Inspiron 15 3520. The computer response speed is great. The numerous features make the computer even more desirable. The battery life on a full charge lasts for hours even with watching videos.

Micro Center is a store I’ve been telling everyone about since Fry’s went out of business.

Its competition is horrible which only makes this company shine even brighter.

I call it my tech heaven. Because every time I walk in as a tech guy I feel like I’m home.

There staff is always great and if I ever have any issues they are great at responding back in a timely manner and getting things fixed up even quicker.

Prices are much better here for tech and electronics at least for my needs. I know some things can at times run a bit higher price here but more often than not most prices are reasonable or even better than any other store out there.

It’s still amazes me that they are such a relatively small company but at the same time it’s a good thing too. They are filling the hole that was left by all their competitors who are no longer around.

And I’ll go as far as saying they are even better than Amazon. I found out about this company through a YouTube channel and I’m glad I did. That creator always talked highly about the company and I can see why.

Always giving micro center high praises and nothing less.

Only small down side is that there nearest location is an hour away from me. But for the service and price I don’t mind spending a little gas for my tech needs! Beats waiting online shipments.

I'm a big computer and electronics guy and the biggest electronics store I've been to before this is best buy, but this was over 3 times the size but probably bigger, they had so much stock from graphics cards to smartphones. Definitely worth the 6 hour drive.

They've got all the latest tech and tools in store and ready to go. It's a shame there aren't more stores. I built a custom PC with microcenter components. The PC is fabulous and was significantly cheaper to put together than buying a prebuilt.

Good deal, fast pick up. But I hope customers can get a box for 1000+ dollars items just purchase. (I have my own box, have a case, and just live in 2nd floor but not everyone does)

Also inventory system needs update, I ordered a ASUS 1000w power supply which said 7 left but a few minutes after placed I got a email telling me that is out of stock while the website was saying in stock. (and I grabbed a 850 instead. Also the 360 AIO cant fit in my case so I returned it and grabbed a noctua)

Ordered PC online, it was ready for pickup in 20 minutes, to me 30 minutes to drive there, an associate helped carry the PC to my vehicle. I interacted with at least 3 associates they were each professional, friendly behavior and courteous from start to finish. I highly recommend Micro Center for your technical needs.

I grew up in San Jose and the Micro Center in Santa Clara was one of my favorite tech stores next to Fry's and Best Buy. It was a further drive up north so I frequent Fry's more often but every time I went to MC it was like being a kid at the candy shop. Now I live in Dallas and I'm so happy and grateful to be near MC again. Recently I've been going to buy PC parts for my new SFF build. I hope MC one day opens up in Silicon Valley again as I still have family there and visit. I hope MC never goes out of business and continues to grow and expand!

In the pic is an open box Sapphire Pure AMD RX 7800 XT that I purchased a few weeks ago. It's a beast! I also got 2 ssd NVME(Crucial P3 Plus 1TB & SK Hynix Platinum P41 2TB) and Lian Li SL120v2 fans. Waiting on custom cables I got on Etsy to complete my build.

Overall great experience and the deals are second to none. Got both of these printers for less than what I would have on the "big name online store." Only issue was the slight wait to talk to someone as there were only a few available folks in the section I was in.

Have been a customer for many years. It's so wonderful to have a retail store with such competent sales staff. If you don't already use this store do yourself a favor and start buying here. As much as I love buying things online this is a MUCH better experience. And, of course, if you don't live near one of their stores buy from them online.

Easily the best computer and electronics parts store in DFW. Friendly staff, great inventory, and just about everything you could need.

I've used them for the parts to build my last 3 desktop computers and they've been excellent on that front every time. Their staff in the PC parts section have had good advice on hardware selection as well, nice to have knowledgeable staff in complex area with thousands of options.

Excellent customer service from everyone. Very helpful. This computer store has everything plus audio, lights, microphones, cords, monitors, etc.. just about anything and everything you need. I'll definitely be back!

I geek out at this place and got you people born in the 1900s that means I lose my mind when I go there because of all three cool 😎 electronics and good customer service.

Would do 6 stars. It's amazing to actually be able to see and browse components and computers like this! Their prices are good, very helpful workers, tons of esoteric items as well as lots of stuff on clearance. They also have a 15 day back return policy.
