Every Home Depot that I’ve been to, the workers are polite and well informed about whatever DIY home projects you’ll need help with.

This Home Depot is no exception. The staff here had my order ready for pick up in minutes. Upon finding that the grill was damaged, they promptly replaced it with a new one and assisted us in loading it into the truck.

We just had an absolutely fantastic experience shopping at Home Depot and I want to share my story. We were looking to redo the floors in two bathrooms and in a laundry room. Walking down the aisle when we ran into an employee by the named Lucas W. He had such a great attitude and it showed, it was clear that he was going to go the extra mile and wanted our business. I would have thought he was a store manager or the department head. Lucas was super knowledgeable and it turned out and helpful and he did not even work in that department. Lucas walks us over after helping us and introduces us to Sharon M. The service with Sharon stayed at the same great level. Sharon got everything set up for us to have 2 bathroom floors, a laundry room floor retiled and two new toilet’s installed. Sharon built the quote, and got everything set up with a smile and helped with all our questions and concerns. We had just had a terrible experience with another decor place and then this WOW Experience! On top of it all we are even saving some money while receiving Exceptional Service from Sharon and Lucas! Next time I will not make the same mistake and I will just go straight to Hone Depot!

Details: like most Home Depots, this one is well laid out, however, unlike most HDs there are not products blocking the aisles at every turn.

Lucas, an employee at Home Depot, provided excellent customer service. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient. This type of service is what keeps me coming to this particular Home Depot.

There are several Home Depot's that I go to and this one, the customer service seems to be a notch above the others. I was looking for the LED Halloween Ghost, the shelf was empty, but the associate went to check for backstock. I went about my shopping and came back and she was waiting happily that she had found the ghost. I liked her friendly attitude. She even wished me a Happy Halloween!

I bought my first custom made blinds. Sharon McCrary at the 183 & Lakeline Blvd helped me through the whole process. She was friendly and professional. They were delivered in a timely manner. The blinds are better than I imagined. I am very pleased with my purchase and Home Depot for taking care of me.

Super convenient location for a Home Depot is what keeps this store going for so many years. This is not a high-volume store like the other Home Depots around town so you may have trouble finding certain items or limited Supply on certain things. There are self serve check out lanes which really is rare. Complimentary handled paper bags if you ask for one. The staff is professional and courteous.

When it comes to home, improvement, Home Depot is the place. Everything you need for personal projects and business projects, Home Depot make sure to carry even the most unique or unusual items that are often hard to find. The additional perk, that my wife really enjoys, is the seasonal items they carry for Halloween and Christmas.

Jasmine was an excellent helper and is a credit to her team. Her professionalism and courtesy speaks volumes to Home Depot's leadership and training. Please commend her with all the accolades that protocols allow.

I make my own screens and I get everything from home Depot. They have saws you can use and this whole set up cost me 5$ American. Yeah huge fan of that. Knowledgeable staff. Plenty of options.

Needed paint. Wonderful Meagan helped and educated me in how to deal with the job on terrible walls. She was right on all points. Looks great!

If you’re in need, Home Depot is my first stop. Searching for some tile for our friend and loved the options.

I just want to say that Kathy and Zack went the extra mile to update my order today. They had old school charm and treated me like an old friend. These 2 employees are outstanding and I just want to give them a shout out. Good job!

Great folks working here and always ready to help. Went to buy some plywood today and needed it cut to take home. Monica was working hard moving some stock around, but she took the time to stop and work the saw so that I could get going. Monica was super friendly and helpful. I shop at this Home Depot location because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Maybe the Best place on earth to work in. My opinion...

I want to give high props to Tristan today! He went above & beyond helping me today! I was looking for 2 special items, and helped me till I had them both! Thank you Tristan, you made my day!!

Jessica Phillips was amazing! She helped design our dream kitchen and all at a cost less than half what Lowe’s had quoted us. She even worked late, well last the time she was scheduled to get off, just to get our order completed. Highly recommend!

I feel like they don't get enough credit for how clean and well maintained their bathrooms are!
