Target

Clean store! Areas are arranged so you can actually get around rather than squeezing between displays! Every employee I've ever interacted with in this store has been courteous, knowledgeable and helpful making my shopping very enjoyable. For the most part prices are fairly reasonable and some things are real bargains. Shelves are well stocked and the food section has great selections and variety while the produce is fresh though not plentiful. I suspect that's because they really aren't a grocery store, just provide a well rounded selection if you are looking for something to cook for dinner after your shopping. I would like to see more checkers available for us so we don't have to wait. That is my only concern for this store.

Big selection , clean and attractive department store. You know... You can get anything you want plus Starbucks! Good sales. Grocery dept has vegan and organic food and produce. The team members at this particular Target are super friendly and helpful. They act happy if you ask for help { instead of like you are bothering them - unlike the other big discount store that may or may not start with W). This store is a class act.

Thank goodness they had the correct size sweater for our dog.

well how about some good things to say about target. TRuth be told we were coming thru town on Highjway 25 and wanted a clean restroom. Yes its true. We really had no itention of shopping. So she went in and I followed in a few minutes. (after checking in)
What a nice store, I was drawn in to the Easter stuff, even thought it is a fefw weeks off. and purchased some darling rabbit figurines (all different too) an I hve to report and ultra cleam, very friendly, and happiness prevails.
Tie this together with clean restrooms at the front of the store!

Always helpful and clean, I love this Target!

Employees seem happy to be there and happy to help. They really make the store - from the crew in electronics, to pharmacy to the guy stocking the freezer section and even the gals in the changing rooms, they have been cheerful and friendly, willing to answer questions and offer help. That's unusual.

Store is well-stocked and easy to navigate. I like the self-check kiosks though they seem to be down often- maybe less so lately.

They accommodated me for my order that I couldn't bring up the barcode I thought I needed to pick-up the order. She said it was alright with my print out and ID. She was very nice and friendly when getting my order. This took like 5 minutes total. They needed to respond to customers who don't have an App on their phone to print out the barcode.

I just began using the Target app, to shop and pick up my items. Needless to say, I can’t imagine why I took so long! I love it! When I arrive to Target, the staff is wonderful, and have my items ready for me!

This is the only store we have in hollister with grocery and apparels, and cvs pharmacy. All in one. you can get everything in here. Very convenient as it is close by, and clean! That's a plus points when the store is clean. I love it that there's so many apparels here. Most of my clothes are bought here;-D hopefully they will keep up with restocking in the food section but other than that i am always happy shopping here.. Plus, it's my favorite store. So can't complain about that.

So this morning I visited the target in Hollister and came across a young and kind associate named Brittany, she not only walked me over to the aisle but showed me exactly where my item was located on the shelve. I’ve came a cross my share of employees who are just rude individuals and have no respect for customers. But this young lady was so kind and had a smile across her face that made my day and I will definitely be going back to this target for my shopping runs. Thank you Brittany!!

Best customer service ever provided by Isaiah in the Electronics department! I called in searching for a very in-demand item and he was kind enough to do a physical check to verify that it was indeed in stock and on-hand. I really appreciate the fact that Isaiah was more than happy to suggest placing the item on hold for me, since I would be travelling an hour to arrive to the Hollister Target. This might not seem like a big deal, but I had actually been told that I could not put items on hold at various other Target locations (when clearly it was possible). In the end, while I had to travel farther thanks to the disappointing customer service of employees at Target locations closer to my home, I am thankful to have had the opportunity to meet and have been helped by the awesome Isaiah!

It seems lately that many of the employees need more training. For example, several days ago I mistakenly put my Target card into my bank's ATM and was concerned whether my card still worked. No one could answer the question without an actual purchase, while potentially holding up the rest of the line.

While it turned out my card was good, it seems inconveniencing a line with five other busy shoppers was not the best way to answer the question.

I must point out that Target employees are always curteous, which I really appreciate.

Really love target and I would like you to install Tesla Superchargers on site. The ChargePoint chargers are Super SLOW and the same speed as charging at your house. If you added Superchargers there you would see an increase in sales! I see the foot traffic into other Targets in the area = $$$. The chargers at Casa de Fruta are too far away for Hollister people to trek.

Target pickups are the best. They do a wonderful job at keeping everything in order and they are quick. Thank you for the extra effort you put in. I truly appreciate what you do.

I just wanted to get the groceries without having to make more than one stop before getting back. I was stopped for social distancing. I had to ask for directions for the store in order to find out where stuff was/is. If I had to go back, I would definitely return to the Hollister CA store Target/CVS Pharmacy definitely followed our Governor's social distancing to a T (showing/having markers/blue tape/stickers on the floors. Their staff of Target and CVS Pharmacy were very courteous, polite, and helpful when I asked for directions.
When I was getting my flu shot, their
staff were wearing masks. All of the employees of both stores were wearing masks. Signs were posted saying in layman's terms, "No mask, no entry, no service." I loved going to this store, and I hope to come back to it, again, someday soon. 😁😇😸😺😺💜💜💜💖💗

I can always find what I need to purchase. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The customer service is good. Prices are competitive with other big box stores.

The staff was super friendly and helpful and fast. I appreciate that so I can get out of the store as fast as I can since I'm always in a hurry and short on time.

Makeup can be restocked more often but other than that they have most of what we need.

And very clean good personal working at this store they are very courteous, they also have a Starbucks caffe inside the store, and clean bathrooms and a place where to develop pictures from your phone or your sd card.
