Excelente costumer service. The store is clean and organized. It's black Friday and my shopping experience was great! Minimal waiting time in the checkout line. Great variety of chritsmas gifts from $6.99 to any price above.

My visit to KOHLS in Hamden was quick, easy and delightful. I was dreading the exchange but the representative made it easy and plus applied all discounts. Great job!!

Update: I'm totally hooked on this store now. I started going here to return my Amazon merchandise that didn't fit, or it wasn't what I expected. They always give me a five dollar coupon and a twenty % off coupon. (I believe that you can use either or). Now, how can I walk out of the store without at least buying something. It never happened. So recently, I applied for their credit card and got approved. There are so many more bargains and ways to earn cash to purchase items online or in the store. I bought a lot of merchandise online, and it gets delivered directly to my front door. You can't beat that convenience.

I returned a bunch of things that I ordered on Amazon. It's so convenient. I got $5.00 Kohl's cash and used it at the store while I was there. They have so many beautiful items in the store. It's super clean and the cashiers are very nice.

This is a pretty nice Kohl's. Safe neighborhood and a clean store. If you play your (discount) cards right, you can come home with some good deals.

I'm not good at the whole discount thing, but if you bring your smarter significant other, the final price usually turns out right.

I miss shopping at Kohl’s. We don’t have one in Puerto Rico. They have a new process which. They didn’t have when I resided in the US. You buy on line, they send you a message, you scan your package and go. I love it. Was fast and easy. Thank you

My Kohl experience today was awesome . Cashier Lillian did a great job!

Always organized. Correct sizes on the labeled hanger. Bathrooms are always clean , the seats and floors are piss-free. Changing rooms are open and there are locks on the door. Ample parking. Handicap accessible. The Hamden location is undergoing some renovation, because Sephora is now located there. The area is blocked off, but does not hinder your shopping experience.

Great experience all the way around, from help on the floor, fitting rooms and customer service area. All for me was excellent service with courtesy and care.

Good sales, brands, shoes, and staff. Staff is generally gorgeous. Really nice cashiers. Good dressing room. In just a few minutes, the checkout time is done. Get the stuff you like here!
