The stoe was very neat and organized. Ellen was very helpful and courteous.

Had a good sale going on on alot of things.

I love the staff, hate shopping on the weekends tho. People are throwing stuff all around and employees can't keep up. On weekdays the store is clean and well organized. I wish that they would stock my jeans, but I have to get them online and can only return what does not fit in the store. I get some shirts there every so often.

Very well kept store and great music while you shop✨lol. I went in earlier today to get a few things and shopped clearance this time. I got something for everyone in my family for twenty bucks🤑 and I adore my pretty floral dress🥰 #oldnavyforever ♥ Their style is so me😻

Wasn't going in the store for myself...but when I saw the new selections they had for Plus Size I was ecstatic! Good job Old Navy...I'll definitely be back!

I was looking for a girl's windbreaker, but none were available. However, I found some great deals in the girls department while I was in the store. Cute dresses and shorts.

Curbside us available, but we shopped in-store. Well stocked, unusual for stores right now. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great variety of selection for toddler boys at Old Navy in Mayfield. Great customer service. Helpful in answering my question.

Employees went above and beyond to help me out. Very pleasant staff which, lately has been a rarity it seems.

This location sports a sizable collection of clothes, accessories, and even fragrances than many of the Old Navy locations nearby. Many of them didn't have half the items this one had, because we were there at a couple of them earlier the week prior. My only criticism is that they should include the full spectrum of jean sizes, as not all women are petite... some have curves!
