I'm here way too much. Good selection compared to other local home depots( except W117th store.) All the employees are extremely helpful and willing to help you find the right solution to your problem. Not just sell you some junk and get you out the door.

The store is always neat clean and tidy the shelves are well stocked the sales Personnel are very knowledge and helpful merry Christmas everybody

A nice place. Always clean and shelves look neat. Easy access to main entrance. Handicap access parking should be where they check you out. And not the main entrance. No handicap person wants to walk that far back to their car. Hands are full of bags and hard to walk far. I know. I now park at the known exit area and go in the exit doors. Staff is knowledgeable and walks you to right spot. They stay with slow walker.

Very busy store with great selection and good prices.

The Home Depot in Chardon is very nice. I recognize many of the same people in their various roles of specialty over the last seven years since moving to this area. I really like their rack for lumber to be culled which is 70% off retail price. You can also get a transponder key programmed for approximately $70.00...Dealership Price $125-200.

Always a great place to shop and employees always helpful they never turn and walk away when they see you coming like in other home depot's great store

Home depot can be hit or miss as far as getting help.
This one is definitely a HIT

It's all here in the ground floor from grills to ceiling fans to frigs to insect pesticides. Dreams are made at home Depot

Lots of items to consider. I always buy more than I planned to buy.

Arrived to store with less then a half hr until closing and in the middle of urgent project. Needed items, advice and ordering details in a specialty section. Staff wasn't available but store manager was right there and provided everything needed. I was out of there before the store closed. You can buy duct tape anywhere but people make the difference. Highly recommend.

My son and I went to Chardon Home Depot to buy a hot water heater since ours bit the dust that morning. We found one and my son used the self checkout, paying cash and using a 10% off coupon. Something went wrong with the selfcheck, and head cashier Zak and his coworker, Val, went above and beyond helping resolve the issue. They were both very pleasant and did a great job of resolving the issue quickly and professionally. Their professional competency and wonderful personalities helped turn what could have been a bad experience into a very nice one! A huge shoutout to both of them for helping us today. Home Depot is very lucky to have such great employees!

So nice. A guy helped me to lift 2 40 lb. Bags of topsoil into my cart. Another guy helped me load the bags into my car. The checkout lady was so sweet. The plants looked fresh and cared for.

I have to share this evenings experience in the flooring department at the Chardon location. I arrived to purchase some special order hardwood flooring. I had several questions and I found Elizabeth (Flooring specialist) I discussed what I wanted and she was so helpful in making sure we ordered the right flooring including a few extras I had forgotten. She also helped me to open an account which gave me $100.00 off.

It has been a long time since I have met an actual sales person that knew their products and gave great service. I hope Home Depot appreciates Elizabeths commitment to her work and that she genuinely wants to help each customer make there projects successful. I will be returning to work with her in the future and you are in need of flooring, I would suggest visiting her at the Chardon Home Depot.

Nice friendly people found everything else looking for

I've been a customer at this store for many years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The employees know a lot about Home Remodeling and have been very helpful. They also have a great variety of products.

My kids bought a Christmas tree but didn't check to make sure they had the receipt which is needed to activate the warranty they purchased. I called and Mary went above and beyond to track down the receipt from days ago, arrange for me to get it, and then followed up with me to ensure I had what I needed! She was incredibly pleasant and helpful, she never made me feel like I was troubling her. What an an asset to Home Depot - I rarely see that caliber of customer service anymore, she is exceptional.

Super helpful when you need something. We're painting our home and explained our goals and they helped us pick out exactly what we needed to get the job done. Nice store, organized and clean.

You have to love being able to visit 3 different stores in your area online. I was looking for treated wood step stringers. Each store online tells you if it is in stock and how many are in stock.
So I was able to go to the Ashtabula Home Depot and purchase my stringers, and as you know you have to sift through lumber to get a good product.

We had a fridge delivered from Home Depot. They are hard workers, arrived on time, very efficient, great character and prepared. Me and my fiancé was very appreciative of their great services.

We had another fridge that we were returning to Best Buy. Arturo and Shante assisted my fiancé with transporting the fridge to his pickup truck.
