On Wednesday, November 15, 2023 I went to the Chardon Shoe Dept store looking for a specific shoe in my size. "Diana " was working. Unfortunately, my size was unavailable. She explained how she could order it for me. Have it shipped directly to my home in a couple days. My shoes arrived on Friday, November 17th!!!!
Diana was awesome. Knowledgeable..friendly and willing to help me any way she could.
Thank you Diana. What a pleasure doing business with her and the Shoe Dept. Definitely a reason to come back.

A lot of styles to choose from. They always have great deals going on. I once found hiking boots for $5. Employees are super helpful.

Best shoe place around! They have so many shoes and lots of different sizes. My favorite thing about them is there prices, most times I don’t spend more than $20 there! This store is perfect for everyone!
