Jacob at the checkout was great!!! He worked so hard to find a price for the item I was buying!!! Looked it up couldn't find anything. Got a lady to help him she couldn't find it. So they found something similar an finally got price. He was patient kind and just great!!!! Don't lose him!!!!

I love Kohl’s Department Stores, and this location is no exception, great quality clothing with a very large selection of brand name labels, the store is clean, well stocked and organized, the staff is without fail exceptionally friendly, courteous and professional, it’s apparent and obvious that this store is led with a great management team. Merchandise was orderly. Associates were friendly and helpful. Alyssa checked us out and was very nice and reminded me to use my $5 rewards. Very pleasant and helpful.

I met FOUR Employees on this visit who went out of their way in the Friendliness and the Service depts.! This is UNheard of in these days of disgruntled, angry, uneducated store personnel across the board! Today, I Appreciate these Kohl Team Members, including Will, Missy & Kathy!

I often shop at the Kohls in Stow. I find the products to be of good quality. I enjoy the variety from housewares to clothes etc. The staff is always friendly yet professional. My experiences are always pleasant.

I am a regular Kohls shopper (in store and online), but upon visiting the Stow Ohio Kohls shop last week and this week, I was surprised to see the changes to the store layout. It has been the same layout for so many years, I was a little discombobulated since I had just been there last week, and now what I was looking for was located elsewhere. It's not a bad thing. it just caught me by surprise. There have always been at least 2 cash registers open on each side of the store, but this time, there was only 1 on the men's side. I know it's sadly a sign of the times, but I am dismayed at the fact that people just don't seem to want to work. However, I was happy with the store's available selections and the fact they continue to have good sales and send out % off coupons. The store is clean and well maintained.
