Awesome Customer service! First time shopping at this Home Depot, and will not be my last. As soon as I walked into the door, I was greeted by an associate who asked me if I needed any help. I told him that I needed a ladder and door stops and he directed me to the two aisles. When I got to the first aisle, he actually meet me there to see if I found the door stops and then pointed the way to the ladders. I saw associates throughout the store stocking shelves and helping out other customers. It was great to see because I do not see this at the Home Depot store that I shop at close to my house. Lastly, when I got to my car with my ladder, I opened my trunk and back car doors to pull my seats down and another associate came over without my request and helped me put the ladder in my car. GREAT Customer Service!!!! THANK You!

Great place to buy furniture. Comforters and anything else for household. And backyard patios. I really like this store. It is located in Elyria Ohio. The people were very friendly very helpful and I really like the store.

I can't say enough great things about this Home Depot and it's employees, they are absolutely amazing, helpful is the under statement of the year. The pro desk was closed today but a lady working went out us her way to stay on the clock even though she could have just clocked out and left, but she stayed so I didn't have to cart all the ply wood and roofing materials to the other end of the store at the service desk. Upon leaving I had a employee follow me without asking to the truck and he helped me load everything. Above and beyond outstanding employees, friendly and just awesome!!!!

This Home Depot is outstanding, the employees are so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The pro desk was closed today but I had a woman stay on the clock after her shift ended to help me check out at the pro desk so I didn't have to cart the 700.00 work of roofing materials I had to the other end of the store at the service desk, a young man without even having to ask followed me to the truck and helped me load everything. I can't say enough great things about this store and it's employees. Great Job Home Depot!!!!! This will be the only Home Depot my business and self will be shopping at!!!!

I got a front entry door and storm installed.. they actually did a great job. Install wasn’t cheap but well worth it. Installer name was Doug! He knows what to do and gets the job done correctly

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I love this store! Everything I need is always in stock for me to get right away. The staff is INCREDIBLE. The greeters are very friendly. The staff is very helpful. There was a very polite young woman who helped me pick the flooring and told me how to put it in properly. There was a gentlemen that worked there that helped load the cart and the cashier staff was amazing as well. Then Roderick stopped what he was doing to help me load my car and provided excellent customer service. Thanks guys!

Who DOESN'T love a good hardware store? I've been to this one numerous times, methinks, because it's pretty close to me. I appreciate the kind customer service that I received each and every time I have been there. There was one bad experience but all the positive has voided that one bad egg out of my memory until right now writhing this review. I purchased red mulch to be delivered on yesterday. I woke up and there were mulch bags where I asked it to be left! Great job!! Lowes need to take notes! Thank you very much!!!!!

I spoke with Erica in the appliance department today and, although the option I was given for a return of an appliance isn't going to work for our timeline, she went above and beyond to try to assist me. Everyone I spoke with in the returns department told me a return wasn't possible. Erica was more than willing to try to help me. For that--she deserves a 5 star rating! Keep up the GREAT work Erica!!! You are a breath of fresh air in customer service!

As a small business owner. I love the way Home-Depot works with me on the cost of materials and how much the Pro-Desk personnel work to get my estimate to the best price I can offer my customers! Plus they usually have everything I need and good prices to. If you want good prices and good materials. I highly recommend Home-Depot!

People were very helpful in helping find things. From the front door, through a number of aisles and customer service everyone was courteous and helpful. Even when the customers they dealt with prior to be didn't show courtesy or common decency to the employees

I’ve been able to complete a load of DIY projects with the help ⚒ from my local 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐭. After purchasing my first residential home, I was able to contact the staff inquiring about what tools or techniques would best help me get things done! From dry wall to simple carpentry to refinishing my bath tub to salt for the winter, all my needs were met. Thanks everyone 👏🏾

What man doesn't like a well stocked hardware store. They have just about everything I desire for my projects. I can't wait until the self-checkout reopens the lines can be rather long if you get there at the wrong time. If you get the right associate you can also get a wealth of information and knowledge from them about your project.
