I bought most of my furnitures at Value City, I had a problem then with with customer Service but since I've been back l notice they all are new, now I'm pleased with there response. Love my dining table and Charthouse server and have no hesitation recommending friends & family to buy at Value City, their prices are reasonable and they also have payment plans to suit ur budget!

Mr. James Jerome Bell provided exceptional customer service. He immediately greeted me at the door, very personable and friendly. He walked me to guest services and ensured the representative understood what merchandise I was purchasing. He asked if I had any questions, provided his business card for follow up/future purchases and he thanked me for doing business with VCF.

I didn’t plan on coming in but the showroom looked fantastic from the parking lot so I decided to stop. Elena greeted me at the door and assisted me in picking out some fantastic pieces. Derronda also helped. I’ll be sure to recommend them to friends and family.

The person who helped me was James Bell and he was outstanding. He allowed me to test several mattresses before I chose one. I have never been to a place that allowed me to test furniture before I bought it, except one other place.
He was very professional, and treated me with kindness and respect. I felt very comfortable with him.

My experience was great from start to finish. The delivery guys were professional accommodating and friendly. I will definitely be shopping there again soon. Absolutely no complaints here.😃 Thank You VCF!!!!

Elena at the Highland Hills store is the absolute best! I have worked with her prior on a leather living room set; but this time she had to help my dad get a new bed. He hadn't bought a bed since 1992 (Thirty Years)! She exhibited patience even with his grumpiness ;) She made excellent suggestions, describing the technology and differences for each mattress. I highly recommend the extra effort and expertise of Elena, not so common these days, to help sort out design and the hard solutions cases!

I went to the VCF in Warrensville, OH today in search of a quality mattress with an adjustable base. A young man named Alonzo helped me. He was available when i needed him (but never hovering over or pressuring me), knowledgeable, and provided exceptional service. I plan to return to make more purchases for my home. Hoping he's there every time. Here's to better sleep in my immediate future!

My sales person Elena was a beautiful example of advocating for me! She was wonderful in her sales pitch and defended me in returning an item! Please ask for her Elena at VCF! As well as her Corporate Manager ! She Deronda made sure the delivery exchange went smoothly with no issues! Shayla at front desk was also very kind! Patrick the general manager of the VCF store okayed the sales exchange! Thanks to all I really appreciate you all! I will continue to recommend this store for furniture needs .

The loveseat we bought here a few years ago still looks great, and we just had a beautiful new sofa delivered by their friendly and efficient delivery folks. 100% recommend! (Dog not included)

Jason and Derronda were amazing. My husband and I were not sure exactly what we were looking for and had to come back several times. Each time, both Jason and Derronda were super patient with our ever changing minds! They explained everything IN DETAIL. I felt very comfortable in asking questions and in the feedback received from them. Through it all, they smiled (I would have been gritting my own teeth if I had to work with ME) and were very kind. Customer service was top notch. I will definitely refer them both to my friends and family.

Elena was so helpful and not at all pushy. She followed up with us and have us time to decide, then quickly completed the transaction once we were ready. Thanks Elena!

The delivery team, Jordan and Marcus, were also great. They arrived 25 minutes early and were polite, efficient, and super fast. I didn't have to wait around all day. Thanks, guys!

I came in for a mattress and Susie was so patient with me. I left and come back looking for her to purchase. She is so kind and professional she sold me a bed set plus dresser with mirror. She deserves a bonus for outstanding sales lady.

Elena was very helpful during this whole furniture buying process and she was one of the main reasons we kept coming back after visiting other stores. Her follow up was top notch. LaVonne was also ver helpful with the financing when the system was down. I haven’t gotten my furniture yet, but the customer service, so far has been great.

Our experience with VCF was amazing. They were super efficient with the reminder calls before delivery and the delivery itself was exactly on time and went very smoothly! Elina was most helpful! she worked together with us to make our purchase exactly what we wanted. She showed us all different options and sent all different pictures of our options even while at home on her vacation!!! We were very impressed! Thank You!

I am happy with the service and quality of Value City Furniture. Elena at the Harvard Park store was awesome, allowed me to browse, then offered suggestions too. When the furniture was delivered it was delivered on time with quick and efficient delivery men, they set everything up and were out within 10-15 minutes. Very happy with my purchase!!

Great furniture selection. Yana was an absolute charm to work with and completely knowledgeable. She has the eye for interior designs. Ask for her on your visit.
