I wish this Lowe's was a little closer to me. They're always helpful and always nice. It's refreshing. Not to mention they usually have what I need in stock. As simple as that sounds, it's important in the line of work that I do.

Came in at 730 to buy some specialty screws. Terry was more than helpful. Really knows his stuff. I've NEVER had customer service like this guy. Even taught me a few things. Give this guy a raise

Quashawn at this location is awesome! He went out of his way to help me with some questions regarding attic insulation and even asked a few other team members to get another opinion before advising me. I really appreciated Quashawn’s help and highly recommend this Lowe’s for their great customer service.

Helpful staff, always fun to see what they have that's new. We recently purchased plants for a garden we put in at our new home. They have a return policy if a plant dies within its first year you can get a full refund. Not a bad deal!

I work in the electrical department at this location. It is a great place to work. Most of us try our very best everyday. However we are a heavily shopped store. Occasionally things don’t look as well as they should and things don’t go as well as planned. If anyone needs help please see me I will take good care of you.

Clean store, plenty of readable aisle signs, and plenty of staff to help customers.

Lowe's is the first place you should think about when you want to buy flowers, bushes or trees in order to beautify your yard, because there you will find a lot of it. As for prices - I miss the time when it was possible to buy perennials in smaller pots for more reasonable prices. But it's still my favourite place to shop for flowers, bushes, all kind of fertilizers, seeds and garden tools.

Thank you to Sam and Myiba for helping me and my wife out as we purchased our first set of tools for our home project. It's honestly really awkward for me to ask for help at these types of places, but Sam had no problem answering my question and helping me find the tools that I was looking for. Myiba quickly checked us out and was extremely helpful with us using some gift cards from our wedding. Thank you again to these two and their awesome service!

I had to return an air conditioner I bought yesterday there, because the controller did not work. I didn’t put it back in the box because the box was complicated. They were very gracious in accepting the return and made the transaction easy. Then, I got help from an associate who took time with me in selecting the replacement air conditioner. I was very pleased with the quality of service. Thank you!

I could NOT see/find the product that was clearly specified online. I was directed to two stock men and YIKES, I couldn't see it for looking 😅. I truly appreciate your staff!

On January 20, 2023, I needed assistance to purchase a chair (stool) and it was great to have Customer Service Rep. Edgereck available.
I was unclear what I wanted--it was something I had seen on the Lowes' website. Edgereck took the time to help me without ever making me feel like I was a waste of time. He spent at least 15 minutes showing me different types chairs (stools) in the store, as well as, pictures on the website. I'm 70 years old, it was nice to have a kind customer service rep. take the time to help and not make me feel like a pest. Although I was concern about the amount of time he was with me, he assured me, with a smile, that it was not a problem. We were unable to locate what I had seen on the website, but he help me locate chair (stool) that would suit my needs.
Thank you Edgereck for being a kind person and for a job well done. Also, thank you Lowes for a good hire and Customer Service Representative like Edgereck.

Standard lowes with clean, organized isles, and a friendly staff.

I had a good experience placing an online order and doing a pick up from this Lowe's. I placed my order online and soon after I received an email and a text informing me that my order was ready. When I arrived at the store and went to the customer service pick up area I was immediately helped. The pick up process was fast and simple and the young lady that helped us was friendly and pleasant. The store also has a huge gardening section I found some beautiful plants and accessories for my backyard.
