Just purchased after reading tons of testimonials. A coworker encouraged me to give this a try. So I will do a hair journal about my hair journey.

Awesome. My mom needed a wig, and the selection was great for a 67 year old woman. She was in a candy shop. And the sales representative was knowledgeable, patient and we left out with 3 beautiful wigs, wig spray and a few head stands.

I have been going here for most of my hair care products and choice assesories for a long time. I earn rewards that get me money off some of the things on my wish list! Angela is my go-to for my hair items and just had Bridgette style my new look!

Julian greeted me as soon as I came in the store. He even opened the door when I left the store. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! He got one of his associates to assist me. She was very nice and knowledgeable of the product I was buying.

Okay, first off I am going through a difficult time in my life. I walked into Star Beauty Plus and there was a gospel song that was playing in the store that almost broke me down because it was speaking to my soul. As soon as I walked through the door 5 star customer service started with the cashier who's name is Em, greeting me and making me feel welcome already. She was helpful and sweet at check out too. Then I went through the aisles getting what I needed (kind of blindly because my mind was somewhere else) and out of nowhere here comes Drew with his friendly smile and kind demeanor. He was so helpful. He made me feel like we had known each other for years. He was dealing with something himself, but he put himself aside and made sure I was cool and had the help I needed in the store. Then let me tell you about Tootie, she was sweet and helpful too. Helped me get everything I needed together. She shared encouraging words also. I walked in that store feeling alone, but they changed that. The customer service was stellar all the way around. The store also has a huge selection of products. Go there! You won't be sorry.

I LOVE EVERYTHING about the Maple Hts Star Beauty location!! I’ve never felt so comfortable and more cared for in a beauty supply store than I did here. The diverse and various options of every item imaginable was overwhelming (in a great way), a clean and wonderfully pleasant atmosphere and the AMAZING team were EXCEPTIONAL!! I always have the best experience at star beauty! They have so much variety and they are always my one stop shop for all of my beauty needs. Whether I want to wear my natural hair, crotchet hair, or a wig, they’ve always got what I need at a super reasonable price. They even have a loyalty reward program to help me save money the more I shop. Today Andrew and David were so helpful and had so much energy! Very happy customer!

Love my experience at this store. The makeup artist Marshae is such a pleasure to work with. I booked a tutorial appointment with her and she walked me through and talked through the step so that I can take what we've went over and practice at home

When I walked in the store I was meet at the door and welcomed made me feel like I really wanted to be here. I walked in for a few things and found so much more so I took time to look around the store cause I haven’t been here in a while and I love it, It meets all your needs. Star Beauty plus is always a pleasurable. Not only is the store extremely clean and organized, their customer service is outstanding from both the manager and employees. I highly recommend shopping here for all of your beauty needs, whatever you’re in need of they won’t disappoint.

This is my top Beauty Supply Store. I always receive great Customer Service. I've gone in at times to get advice about a product or products and have received great advice and is still using a particular product I was recommended to use and it's been my go to product ever since. I’ve been coming to Star Beauty Plus for years and each experience is better and better. Julian was an amazing help while I was picking out hair to match my current tone. He took his time to help me out and make sure I was getting everything I needed at a great price. Definitely will be back soon!

The customer service at Star Beauty has really stepped it up. I met the most wonderful gentleman today. Julian is their customer care manager and not only did he have the exact products we needed but he spoke LIFE into my daughters who are studying cosmetology!! We will definitely continue to support this thriving business.

Charlie and Debra are amazing and so very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products the sell. They are there to assist you from the time you walk through the door. Dave is also welcoming and jumping in to help as well. I left my bag and he called to let me know that I did, so that I could come back to pick it up the same day or he would hold it for me and I could pick it up later. Awesome service.

So, my hair got totally messed up & Aric hooked me up, took me back in the chair to make sure that I'd still have all my hair on my head. Got me the right products just for my scalp& hair. Just took the time to make sure I was OK. Thank you so much to him& that staff. They're my angels for real. Run to this store & beauty salon.

Great looking place & they had the perfect mask I was in need of for work. Sales ppl were very nice as well! They signed me up to be a Star Beauty Plus member & even gave me a free mask for signing up😃 (I love free stuff🤗) I may never return back there tho. I only went there bc it was recommended by my mother & I was close to her home. I'm from Euclid, so that distance is a bit too far to travel.

Angela was extremely helpful when I was looking for wigs, informative, kind, and personable. I always have a wonderful experience with her and appreciate her assistance. I am treated with respect and kindness whenever I shop here. I will be back soon!

I always come here and have great experience. I come in usually once or twice a week. Julian is so helpful attentive, one of the best Beauty Advisors, I’ve ever meet. They are the best, store in Cleveland.
