Giant Eagle Supermarket

Clean and stocked well. Great fruits and vegetables. Fresh baked breads. My place to go for grocery shopping. Cantaloupe to ice cream. Loving the "price lock" deals. Store is large and not crowded until check-out. Also has a state liquor store inside and wine selection.

Love shopping here! Each location is different! The Beachwood location on Chagrin and Legacy Village are my top two choices for shopping! 🛒

Use to live in Maple Hts. Was in town on family business. Stopped in to purchase food items I can't find in the retirement community I live in in the southern part of Ohio.

The store is great, although they are a bit pricey. The lady at the register was very knowledgeable about the different gift cards when I was using mine, she was very courteous and helpful and didn't get mad when I asked her to repeat what she said. The only down side about my experience was the guy outside: I guess he was the lot attendant walking up on me as Im putting my groceries in the trunk... Im from the hood and Ive almost been kidnapped multiple times so this made me feel uneasy and had me in survival mode... I looked him right in the eyes and said real loud CAN I HELP YOU WITH SOMETHING? And he muttered something about needing the cart. Please inform your workers that they need to ask first before walking up on somebody, the only reason why he didnt get swung on was because he was wearing his work badge so that was a plus.

This is my Home Giant Eagle, has been since they came to the area. Know of most employees by face over the years. Haven't had any bad experiences here, and even when the lines are fairly long! I've had not to many complaints about the lines when really long, cause it's always genuinely day before major Hoilday. So i know what ro expect and to have patience, and if i can't wait I and anybody for that matter can just leave.and come back another time. Very good Produce.Section and poultry and meats!!😎👍😃🍗

Giant Eagle is the go to store for groceries, and a host of other services to many to mention. They are competitive with other stores and because its part of a huge chain you can pick some great deals in their weekly adds. It has a small pharmacy that gives big pharmacy service and there is one benefit that is super-important to the customer's and that's called "Fuel Perks" when you shop all Giant Eagle's. I believe you get ten cents off for every hundred dollars you spend and many folks purchase their huge variety of gift cards and that also counts on your fuel perks. I have witnessed many people drive up to gas station including your truly and paid nothing for a full tank of gas. You must have one of the Giant Eagle Advantage Cards though and all you have to do is ask customer service. It is a Union Store which is important to myself, so employees stay their for years and you end up becoming friendly with staff. I do not believe there's to many stores that can match their prices and the return system is really no-hassle. It also has a bank inside which is handy and they have a State Liquor License and its one nice store within a store to visit, and they truly have everything from beer to three hundred dollar Champagne. I personally do not drink but always visit the state store just because I am dumbfounded by the selection. A good store that provides their employees a decent wage along with hospitalization makes for a happy workforce and really do not see that the prices are inflated because of it being a union shop.

I had just recently had surgery and decided to grab a few convenient meals. After overextending myself, an associate noticed my gait and asked if I needed assistance. I explained I wanted some soup and some other items. The gentleman said the soup was on the other end of the store, so he would go and get it and meet me at the register. I was so relieved.

This is one of my favorite grocery store. Always clean, food stocked restroom clean most times. Most importantly EVERYTHING fresh and freshness.

The baker Kathy is very nice and took caee of my order very professionally. Would definitely visit again. Thank you Kathy!

Giant eagle is the bom!!! They are nice and clean they keep that store spotless and everything in there is very easy to find. I always shop at Giant eagle I pick them over any store. Very friendly workers that work there also.

Went here looking for some choices for an engagement party and my own personal taste preference in adult beverages bur had quite a few other choice when I couldn''t find mine. The selection from food to state store is vast, even if you can't find what you want there are enough other options to fulfill your needs.
