Shake Shack Pinecrest

By way of good fortune, I had SS at 2 locations in 3 weeks -once at Cleveland Hopkins Airport and then again at Pinecrest location. Both times - 5 STARS! Their smash burgers are really good! They know what they are doing: burgers cooked Med with sone pink; thin caramelized layer of cooked meat on each patty is perfect, visible juice and solid flavor. It looks good and tastes even better! Fries are always cooked fresh and they're hot! Highly recommend. My only complaint is the amount of avocado you get on your burger - very sad amt for $2 - would fit on a small tortilla chip. For a $12 burger, you can do better

I am Canadian and was visiting Ohio and have always wanted to try this place. The service was a little slow but the food was AMAZING and so worth it. The burgers tasted incredible and had the best sauce I’ve ever tasted on them. The tiramisu shake was so delicious. and the fries were perfectly salted! I even liked the interior. I wish shake shack was in Canada because I would get it so often. When I visit again I’ll 100% come back to this place.

Had a good shake shack experience. Quick service and good food! I tried the Korean BBQ burger and spicy fries both of which were good!

The food was good and there is a little playground right by it my kids loved.

Ive been wanting to try them out for a while. They have a couple different burgers but I just got the regular ole cheeseburger,added pickle and it was gooood!! Hit the spot! Just a simple juicy burger mmm mmm. With angus, you can definitely tell the difference in taste and texture of the meat. I really liked it and will definitely be back. I also got a cheese crinkle fry that was good too. Makes me wanna try a shake, now I gotta reason to go back lol

I had many great experiences, but none quite like my visit to Shake Shack. The savory aroma of burgers sizzling on the grill and the sound of crispy fries being fried to perfection was simply irresistible. The friendly staff greeted me warmly and quickly took my order. The food was served fresh and hot, and the taste was out of this world. The combination of juicy beef, melted cheese, and tangy sauce was a gastronomic delight. The fries were crispy and golden, and the milkshake was thick and creamy. The experience was simply amazing, and I cannot wait to return to Shake Shack soon.

I love this place! The ingredients are pretty basic so managing allergies is simple. There's also a full downloadable allergen pdf guide available from their website. I've never had a bag order from here. Coke products available. Plenty of outdoor seating.
As for accessibility, there is a low curb from the road and low threshold to get into the push/pull door. Restrooms claim to be accessible but I can not verify as I do not use those features. There is a low threshold to get to the outdoor dining from inside the store, but getting to the outdoor seating using the outside gate would be difficult.
All in all, I highly recommend this place!

Great burgers !! The place is in this little cool plaza out of 271 highway , the fries are delicious, the smoke shack double burger!!! OMG American baby !! Great seating outdoor area!! This place is better in the summer that’s is for sure ! Right after you can have a coffee at juicy brew works Amd buy some shoes at REI , come on now boys and girls we live in the best country in the world !! Quite a few boutique hotels in the area!! Traderjoes is very close by!!! Have fun get a little and go out and support local businesses as well !! Tip your servers !!recycle !! Smile !!! I can only talk about the shakes because it's all we had, but I was super impressed.
I got the seasonal pumpkin shake and he got the apple donut? I think that's what it's called, anyway his really did taste like a donut it was so good. And I'm a huge fan of anything pumpkin, it was neat to see they put pumpkin seeds on the top.
The apple shake was sweeter while the pumpkin wasn't as sweet, but that's how I liked it.
I asked for the smallest size and the smallest is actually kind of big 😅 I wonder what a large looks like.
2 small shakes ran about $12 but very worth it.
We had our dog and we were more than welcome to sit on the patio outside with her, but we chose the seating a short walk down the sidewalk.

Amazing cheeseburgers!!! The atmosphere was hip and trendy. The ordering and pickup process was really easy and they food was done fast and it was hot and fresh, something that you would think every restaurant would have, but it's a lost art. I would recommend this place if you want a good atmosphere and a great burger experience.

The area was good, such a nice shake shack and the food and shakes were good.

Honestly if you can get to this shake shack, it's definitely a good vibe during dinner time.

Mmm, delicious burgers and concretes! A bit overpriced but it is a nice treat every once in a while. We went on a Saturday night and it was quite busy. We had to wait ~10-15 mins for food and had to hover for an inside table because they were all full! Still worth it. Try the concretes! The custard they use is so decadent and rich.

The food is warm and the fries are delicious.

I was so excited to see Shake Shack come to town! This particular one is located at the new Pinecrest shopping plaza which is worth checking out in and of itself. I had the Portobello Mushroom burger. It was one of those moments when you take a bite, eyes go wide, and like WOW!!!! DELICIOUS! My S/O
and I shared a Strawberry Oreo shake that was soooooo good! Also shared fries that were loaded with cheese and goodness. Definitely a favorite. The staff is friendly and seem happy. The place does get rather crowded, but considering how many people were there, the wait wasn't bad.

Hands down the best chicken sandwich out there. Always comes out hot with the best sauce. And the fries are also hot and crispy when they come out. Will go out of my way to find a shake shack.

Finally got to try Shake Shack and was not disappointed. I would get my burger minus the peppers next time as they were a little too spicy for me. Single burger and fries with ice cream was more than enough to eat. Crinkle cut fries were some of the best fries I've ever had! Like a crinkle cut version of McDonald's fries. Highly recommend and will return soon!

Great food. Cheese sauce on the fries was much better than expected. Chicken sandwich was flavorful and juicy.
