Fast service. Employees were very helpful of my particular and special order needs. Food was prepared correctly .Restaurant was clean inside and outside. Landscaping looks good! They deserve 5 Stars... 2nd visit even better than my last. AAA+

Ii live in the south so eating here wasn't a big deal but it sure was...
BEST service, and so cheerful and a pleasant atmosphere and, and I do say and the food was on point.
I'll eat my words for sure. I travel having to say this is the best McDonald's in the entire USA.

It's McDonald's, you can always count on their quality, be it good or bad, it's consistent. BTW, this is in the States, their drink is bigger than ours, way bigger. I think their medium is our large or bigger than our large, I wouldn't know, since I didn't order any medium 😅

Makes everything on the menu, McCafe drinks are hot, fresh, and perfect every time. This location exceeds the service of any other location around the east cleveland area.

It was quick and every time we come hear it is always the best. The employees are never mean and always help us.so all the hater can 🤫

McDonald's food is McDonald's food wherever you go. However, there were only a few people inside, but they still directed customers to the place your own order Kiosk. Other than that, this is a very clean and spacious location.

Yasssssssssss 💪 adorable kiddoes working there. BUT guess what MY FOOD WAS HOT! even my hamburger. And a young man making my iced coffee even asked me if it looked just right? Oh em geeeeeeeeee keep that level of service GOING! I was so happy 😀. And when I grabbed my sandwich and FELT all the warmth in there I knew it was gonna be a good drive back to the east side!!!

Faster than Wendy's and didn't ask us to come back in 15 minutes to order. Order was correct, quick, and hot. Thank you for feeding the travellers!

Dined on with my grandson. It was a favorite location to go with his Mom. Nicely remodeled. Great customer service from the manager or assistant manager and the staff in the lobby, for myself and observed so for the other guests as well. Very friendly staff on Friday afternoon. Kudos!

Whimsical decor with splashes of fun. Wonderful food to table service complete with drinks. They also have 7 different ways you can place an order! Excellent location.

Food is great for the price, service can be slow a times but when they work well, they're very efficient. The atmosphere can vary depending on time, but the drive through is also efficient.

Best McDs in the area. Food is always fresh and tasty and the staff is excellent. Lines move quickly. On line ordering runs smoothly here, which is not always the case elsewhere

I went to this McDonalds twice. Both times I went it was 12:00 PM. That is when the drive-thru line is so long it's almost in the street. Regardless of that line, you don't wait in line any longer than 5 minutes. Very impressed on how quick they are.

I have to say Isiah is so pleasant and truly great at his job. He prides himself on his customer service and it reflects. Please recognize this employee for his positive attitude and hard work. It is a rarity to find great customer service in the fast food industry. He is great!

I ordered a Big Mac sauce on the side and large fries 🍟 the Gentleman at the drive thru window was very nice because its considered a grill order I had to wait a few more minutes I didn't think 🤔 to ask for hot fries 🍟 When he brought My order to the car He Said be careful the fries are super hot I said Thankyou so much I appreciate You!! He said no problem 👍 U can't have hot sandwich and cold fries.

Nice layout, updated inside. Keeping it real friendly in the bathroom, just dont cross streams or bump someone when drying your hands
