The store is always very clean and organized and staff is very friendly.

Great store experience I found everything I wanted. 2 associates did help me by the name of Briana and Wana. They greeted me and offered to help as soon as I came in. They were both very knowledgeable and informative about the products as well. Both So nice and kind and great customer service ! No complaints Definitely will be coming back to shop they made my first time shopping in the store a good and easy experience!

Beautiful clothing, especially the winter selections! The jackets are so big and warm haha. The staff were very inviting and helpful. But the most helpful was someone who helped me pick out gifts for my cousins and her name was Ashley. Absolutely amazing taste in outfits, very kind with helping me and very patient as I was very indecisive hahaha. Just a wonderful person and I am glad she was working the day I came!

I was able to find the yellow shirt to go with my Scarf. The sales person helped. I am not disappointed with Lands End merchandise.

My family and I are thrilled that we now have a lands end in Fairfax. We’ve shopped there 3 times this past week! The store is immaculate. The staff is helpful and extremely nice. Lauren and Elizabeth are wonderful. We will most definitely be shopping here frequently. I highly recommend!

I’ve never shopped here but my husband does a lot. Today I needed to do an exchange for him for a different size. The woman who helped was extremely nice and helped me find the item in the store since I’d never been there before. It was very quick and easy. In the car, I realized she had put the original item in the bag by mistake, so I went back in to swap it out. She apologized, although not needed- no harm done! But what I really loved was that all the women working in the store immediately all reassured her that everyone makes mistakes, no big deal, they do it sometimes too. These days, it’s just nice to see people being kind and patient with one another so kudos on that :)

Always a pleasant experience with this Lands' End store. Everyone's always nice & helpful. I do some in store shopping, mostly online but it's really hard to find the right fit for me. The return process is always easy, don't feel like I'm being judged for return too many items at a time. Plenty of selections in store too 👌

I highly recommend Lands End if you are looking for warm winter clothing and gear. I traveled to NYC for the holidays this year and my Lands End Coat kept me warm the whole time. I got the womans insulated plush coat with hood. It’s everything I needed, warm, removable faux fur, flattering lines, 2 way zipper that works ,and it goes to my mid thigh or a little lower. I got this coat in size medium. I am 5’3” and 160 lbs for reference. I also got some flannel Pj Pants in size Medium and I love them as well. The staff is very friendly and really tries to help. But keep in mind not everything from Land's End website is available in store. On the other hand you can score a better discount in store compared to the website.

Better than shopping online! It's nice to see and feel the products in-person to really appreciate the quality applied. The people working there also create a welcome atmosphere.

Nice store but 90% women's wear. Men's department is the size of a postage stamp. For menswear the catalog is the best option.
