I was in a very stressful dire situation and until I went to A T & T. The helped me out 190% more that I ever thought. Jackson, Jason and Marcus are all AWSOME and went above and beyond. Thank you.

I am a new AT&T customer. My interactions with AT&T people has made transferring my cellphone service as easy as possible. I have been treated like it mattered to AT&T that I understood each detail of the switch. I think being served by exceptionally skilled staff was a key reason for my positive experience.

I went to this store this morning and as soon as I open the door, Aaron greeted me right away with great smile.
I went in to upgrade my phone.
He was very knowledge and throughly explained any questions I had.
Most impressive thing he did was that without me asking he analyzed my bill and came up with better plans which saves me $50 per month! That’s lot of money saving which I won’t have known.
Couple of months ago my husband went to different store to get his phone upgraded but no one there bother to do this!

Please go see Aaron at this store if you want to get your service the RIGHT way!

I usually don't write reivews, but I wanted to share with people what an amazing job the manager of this store, Aaron Santos, did today (8/14/21). I went with my son to get his first phone. We had figured out which phone he wanted, and Aaron and his team worked very hard to get us the best deal possible. When we had some technical challenges, they went beyond our highest hopes to make sure everything was working well and to make sure we left happy. We highly recommend Aaron and his team to anyone looking for a wonderful customer experience when upgrading your family's phones!

Eddie was incredible! I had to make a few calls during our appointment, and he was v patient while I made them. Plus, he cued me into a special they were having, and I walked away with some great new accessories for my phone. He even installed my new screen protector for me!

Edris was very patient and knowledgeable about all aspects of cell phone sales and service. . He i
demonstrated sound technical knowledge and effective probsolving and Outstanding customer service skills.

Not sure exactly what to share, but it was nice and clean. We received service immediately by a young man who seemed to know the AT&T way and/or process. My only complaint was they charged us $5.30 for a new SIM card where in the past that little amount has normally been waived as we've had this account/contract for well over 20 years probably approaching 25 to 30 years. As you see I'm still giving them five stars as its just not enough money to bicker or fight about, but for the record just 2 weeks ago the South Riding store did waive that fee just giving it to my Momma!!! Once we receive our next bill we can call and ask that they waive it and most likely they will!!! Thanks for letting me share!!!

I believe the guy who helped me was named Julio. Came in to get my watch synced to my phone. Long story short, after about an hour and half he was not able to get the watch synced but he was very patient and motivated to try to get things working. Ultimately he pointed me in the right direction (corporate At&t store) which ended up being the right answer. Not always about getting a final result but ultimately having great customer service and trying to help in any way possible!

We went to the local ATT store in Fairlakes Shoppes. We wanted another associate to help us but he was not there. Another representative, Josh, was very helpful too. He was good natured and helped guide us to customer service via telephone. He also help me become familiar with upgrading a phone plan through the ATT app. Overall, great help and didn't feel like he was pressuring us or pushing us out of the showroom.

Amazing associates! She walked right up and helped me solve my issue. He assisted by making it a speedy process. Even patient enough to allow me to go back to my car because I forgot my change, but nothing less than the best at this location!!! 9/27 around 5ish

Went in two days ago to upgrade both phones on our plan as a gift. Shaan went out of his way to provide the most info possible on the options that would work best for me. The customer service there is outstanding especially in an age where everyone just clicks buttons. He even took the time to chat while my phone updated (way longer than expected). He is professional, knowledgeable, interesting and informative. Thank you.
