Wanted to give a shout out to sales associate Jorge, at the Chantilly Lowe’s. He has been so helpful and kind every time I have come into the store, which has been A LOT as I repaint my kitchen from orange to something a little less intense, family room and foyer. He has made tons of paint samples, recommended the correct paint finishes and provided some helpful tips through out the process:) it has made my home improvement project less intimidating for me:) and shout out to Lowe’s home decor shopper- had the perfect curtains to add to my newly painted kitchen! You can see the orange in the pic below…btw Valspar Reserve covered it easily in 2 coats!

My go to place has always been Home Depot up until today. Not only does Lowe’s have a glass cutting section (unlike Home Depot), but it was definitely more well stocked: and lots of items of sale.

I cannot thank Jorge in the paint department enough!! He was the most helpful person. I just recently bought a house and I wanted some accent walls in a couple different rooms. I went into the Lowe's near my house, and chose samples of the colors I liked, but when the paint dried, it was not the color/shade I wanted.

When I came into this Lowe's, I showed him some photos of what I wanted and how the sample's dried and he went into the computer and customized the color to what I wanted exactly, by asking me questions on what I really wanted the color to look like, it was honestly magic. I took the new samples home, and painted the color on the wall, and IT WAS PERFECT, EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED!

It was so important to me to get these colors correct, and without his help, I don't know if I would of gotten what I wanted. IF YOU NEED PAINT HELP, JORGE IS YOUR GUY!

Was looking for a refrigerator filter and asked a staff member. They directed me to the right aisle. The filter I needed was not on the shelf so I asked another associate if there were any in stock. The staff member kindly climbed the ladder and found a box of the product. Check out was easy as well.

The paint department manager on duty during my visit (evening of Feb 6th) was exceptionally helpful. I did not get his name . Our interaction while I was sbopping gave me total confidence in his product knowledge. After he clocked out to get off shift and as I was checking out, he walked by my check out register and noticed that I did not get a gallon of tainted primer. He not only brought it to my attention, he grabbed the gallon, went back to the paint aisle, exchanged the primer for a tainted gallon, and then brought it to the checkout register. His wonderful 100% focus on customer service stands in example as a perfect customer interaction. I encourage Lowes to financially reward him with a nice bonus. He is in the Chantilly, V A store.

The associates were very friendly. As i was shopping more than one cake up to me and offered assistance. The store has a good layout, variety of items, and designated parking for pros, veterans, pick up orders, and handicapped. They even have a good selection of mechanics specialty tools.

A week ago I purchased a refrigerator and I had a problem with the delivery. The refrigerator was damaged... But after I spoke with David, we had a new one delivered. David was great and really helped me out in this situation. Thank you David! If you need help... Ask David!

Always well stocked, clean. Usually helpful employees. Fast check out. Nice big parking lot, though the access road isn't great.

Big thank you to Reggie! I have been coming to Lowe’s a lot lately for some home projects in my new home and Reggie has been incredibly helpful from all my paint questions to drywall, even the simple “where can i find this item”. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, and just an overall genuine person.

I went to get some copper fittings and Ron listened to me patiently and helped me out. I was trying to do something really custom at home and thanks to Ron, I got all that I needed.

Reggie #10 was wonderful he was very helpful helped both my parents James and Jennifer find the correct paint. Great service!

I love this location. Lowe’s in general offers great product and most importantly, their staff is very friendly and helpful at this precise location.

I bought a washer and dryer in-store here and they were delivered on time and installed in about 10 minutes. Great experience!

We just bought our new gas range from Lowe's. It was a much better buying experience than Home Depot. The employees are also way more helpful than Depot. I will go here exclusively moving forward.

In terms of timely packing online orders for pickup, ability to maneuver around the store, things being available when you need them, and plenty of parking, this location is reliable and convenient. At times, the inventory on site has not matched the website, but it's still fairly common to get anything you need or help if you need it.

I buy lots of appliances in my property management business. The experiences range from sweet to sour. Yesterday’s delivery and installation of KitchenAid convection microwave purchased at Lowe’s Chantilly was flawless from advance arrival heads up call to clean up at finish. Israel and his helper were efficient and focussed. In store purchase was also streamlined. Total cost installed was $858.50. The microwave was on sale and the last one in stock. No sales tax on the purchase because delivery/installation company was a third party sub contractor making the purchase a capital home improvement exempting sales tax.

Went to HD first, to look at doors - no service. As soon as we entered Lowes door area, Brian greeted us and was super helpful explaining types of door material, sizing and pricing. He gave us understanding of how door installations are done and recommended the best Lowes location. Appreciated his diligent service.

Fausto, Alfred & Zackary provided excellent customer service, especially when I needed the most at 9:55pm on a Friday evening. Both young men helped loaded fencing materials safely and efficiently onto my truck. It's employees like Fausto, Alfred & Zackary that keep me coming back to this specific Lowe's location. Thanks so much for your hard work!

Compared to an Lowe's in Fairfax, this store is much better than I expected. I was actually able to find someone to ask a question and an employee who was a gentleman able to confirm/verify my purchased item was the right item for what I'm trying to do. This is in the Electrical Section. I thanked him. The purchased item was the right item for my replacement. Thanks for the employee who actually looked it up in the Internet with his smartphone and confirmed for me. Thanks again!! Will go back to this store again and again.
